The lady in the counter was not only rude to me but two other customers within the 2 min I was there. The worst customer experience I ever witnessed and experienced.
Ordered delivery. Terrible experience. Missing order and the portions for basil dish was horrendously small. Only worth half of what I paid for probably. Paid 13 for this basil dish which is the bottom dish with rice and tofu
Im very unhappy with this restaurant for what they failed to fullfilled. We ordered Chicken Green curry thru Uber Eats and they send us Beef Green Curry. We are Hindu and don’t consumed beef. I called for clarification and they told me they will refund my money then I suggested I will reorder chicken green curry and told them to deliver unfortunately they said they can’t deliver to my destination and asking if I can reorder thru Uber Eats and she will not charged me. After talking to her with the understanding no charges I reorder with Chicken Green Curry and immediately I got charged thru Uber Eats. After realizing the charges went to my credit card I called numerous time and they didn’t picked up my called. As per today I have doubled charged for their mistake and they are being so unprofessional! In this hard time with pandemic everyone is going thru so much and I truly not appreciating their honesty and how their are making money out of you!!!!!!

The lady at the counter is rude, bad costumer service. She’s too busy watching videos at YouTube to take your order or even look at you, if you don’t like your job you should fine another one where you don’t need to talk to people.
Food is not good. Not real Thai food. Eggplant dish was drenched in oil, and basil fried rice had zero flavor. Waste of money.
I also think it's best to read other recent reviews as they're all true. The lady is extremely rude and food arrives more than an hour late. I hope this save you from the mistake of ordering from here as I did. She is exceptionally rude.
Since this place had changed owner everything went all the way to the bottom. Food is not good anymore, def below average level. Even worst part is the women who takes orders. She acts and talks super rude. Don’t understand why let her dealing with customers. Getting rid of her is good for ur business!!
