Update:…I had to travel back 20 minutes to Edgewater from my home because there was a sandwich missing from our order, only to travel 20 minutes back home and find that the Napa Almond Chicken salad with Tomato Bread I always order had white bread instead, and ONE SMALL PIECE OF CHICKEN on one half of the sandwich, and another tiny piece of chicken on the other side, loaded with tomato and lettuce. And with gas at $4+ a gallon, that’s a 40 minute unnecessary round trip to deal with what should be a good food experience! This is the 3rd time they do that with the chicken. First time with the bread. 4th time with the order…they keep missing things. Last time they forgot to include a tomato soup. What the heck is going on with this Panera??? And the chicken they use looks completely processed!! It’s terrible! After so many years, we are completely done with Panera because they have gone down the tubes! The only thing they have going for them is their service. They are very nice, despite the fact that many of them do not speak English and can’t understand what you’re saying, but they try. We’re done done done! One star because the cashiers are nice.And so goes the original review.I have been ordering with them online now, and they don’t get our orders straight. It’s tough to get in touch with them when the order is wrong, so you’re forced to eat whatever you received. And it’s not like we live around the corner to bring it back.Their app is bad when you have to change something, after you place an order. And when you try to call, they don’t pick up the phone. So far I’ve called 9 times because they keep hanging up. No one picks up so I can change the pick up time. In fact, the 8th time, someone picked up and then no one spoke and they hung up!!!! Very frustrating!!!!Last time i received a chicken sandwich, with barely any chicken. And the tomato soup was halfway filled instead filling the entire cup, as opposed to the time before that when they didn’t even add my soup to the bag, and it was paid for. And they left out the desserts we order, but we were charged for it.Get it together, Panera!!

Just had a very unpleasant experience, just trying to get some lunch. Cashier was so rude when there was a question about the pricing. She started arguing that she didn't make the prices and she "only clicks a button. She also tried to tell us that their prices have increased due to the ingredients in the items we chose. We proceeded to explain that the large menu behind clearly stated prices that didn't add up to the total she was attempting to charge us and then she threw her hands in the air and ran to get the manager. Fortunately, the manager quickly cleared up the issue and gave us the correct prices for our order. We thought that was the end of that obnoxious issue, but as we waited for our order to be prepared, we saw a lady walking through the back area with her dog, wandering behindthe kitchen area where food is kept. All we wanted was some lunch and instead left with a shocking experience. What a shame.

My family and I will never order food from this place again. If I could give this place a zero I would. With every delivery, we always have issues from missing items to mishandled deliveries. When an item is missing the people at Panera bread will not simply resend the said item or contact the driver to come back and deliver the item since they claim to have no contact at all with the delivery person. The only solution is a "refund", which I've yet to see in my bank account. The delivery person left the food OUTSIDE the building complex next to the main building's front door (instead of delivering it to the apt), they also DID NOT update their tracking system or call to inform us that the food had been delivered (one hour ago -_-). How are you handing food over to a person for delivery and you don't have communication with that person? this place is ridiculous.

Panera to me is family. The atmosphere is so cozy. People are friendly the managers Julissa and Alla are beautiful people they love their customers. The coffee is so delicious. I Can't wait to go to Panera to be in a family atmosphere and to enjoy all my friends. It is like that show Cheers where everyone knows your name. I LOVE PANERA❤

I placed a catering order through my App for my birthday celebration for pick up 11:15-11:30 AM . I sent my boyfriend to pick it up after a while of sitting and realizing it wasn’t coming up in the pick up area he proceeded to ask, managers says they were never alerted of the order . We were running late for a paint and sip which is where we wanted to take the order to so they offered to cancel and I would be refunded 7-10 business days. I got the cancellation email from Panera that says it can take 7-10 business days. This happened on 2/27/22 today it’s 3/22/22, I called and the representative says that it can actually take up to 30 business days. I’m beyond disappointed on both of these interactions, but I will wait a few more days to see what other excuses I will get from Panera Bread.

The place is good, clean and friendly. Food is good too. It's a good family restaurant location to get some quick brunch or lunch.

Drove 15 minutes just cause me and my girl love Panera. Got my food drove home realized they completely forgot my sandwich. Like not salt or pepper or a spoon or a fork not even the sides of bread or chips the whole sandwich. Like a meal is only soup and sandwich so they basically forgot half my meal. Drove back it was around closing time though was told that the kitchen was closed and got a refund. Terrible experience stay away from this place

I love Panera and I always come to this location. The staff are always polite but, I came across this older lady with bleach blonde hair who was organizing the pickup bag orders in the back and when I reached out to grab my bag she snatched the bag out of my hand and told me “to don’t touch her stuff” in a really loud and rude manner.I was shocked and so confused at her hospitality.I told her it was my food that I paid for what do you mean? She stood quiet so I just walked away. I was upset and I’ve been trying to reach a manager to inform them but no one answers the phone. Not anyone would just walk away from that behavior. Please be kind to people! You never know what others are going through or willing to do at the moment. Spread love not hate.

Like the place great tomato soup and delicious sandwich ? little price but other than that excellent quality.

I just want to say I'm not giving this 1 star because of their food. I love this Panera Bread here. However, I placed an order recently online for rapid pick up and expected my food to be there. Instead, I had to show my order only to find out my order was stolen by someone else. I found out that rapid pick up stealing in this Panera Bread is common which is awful. They re-did my order and I did recieve my food but i had to wait because of the long order. I ordered two sandwhiches, two smoothies, two soups and a brownie. I hope nobody steals your dinner and they have someone watching for rapid pick up.
