I used to visit this place for my favorite coffee spot in my area.But I today since after covid the things changed a lot.First the coffee isn't good as it used to be as before. I ordered iced matcha latte and iced mocha.The iced matcha latte is just full of milk. I did not taste any Matcha at all so I changed my order to Americano instead of it. The Americano also just taste bitter and burnt.Second, Before covid there was free wifi but now is gone. Now their service is worse than before. I am coming back and not recommending this place.
Beautiful coffee shop! Great view of the city. Parking is ample since it's in a shopping area. Atmosphere is chic. Food is good. Cappuccino is good.
Great coffee (even though it can be i consistent), great view of Manhattan from the patio. Pretty spacious. No wifi available and pretty laptop unfriendly, even though a lot of people study there anyway.
This place is absolutely adorable! From the people to its feel I love it.My only suggestion is to not come on a Saturday as they are very packed.A Tuesday after noon is more quiet and allowed you to get a ton of work done.As the sign says, no wifi, but I was able to find some with no problems.Be sure to save room for their “sandos” aka sandwiches. They are really good!

It’s really good place there is hilarious landscape. Good for study but they don’t have Wi-Fi they imply that.
Such beautiful space with a surprisingly decent bacon and egg sandwich. It was very tasty and the bacon was great. Just wish it was a tad cheaper. The iced latte was great as well. The avocado toast was ok but they need to put it on a thicker slice of bread. Looking forward to coming back to try the burgers they have.
My go-to cafe; coffee tastes good, cafe is spacious, you have outdoor seating and a nice view of the water and NY. Only downside is that it gets crowded quickly.Another visit: I got their chai latte with whole milk and it tasted very diluted.
Walking into this shop reminds me of school life where it’s like a library that people can sit together and study for the whole day with coffee and food. The vibe is pretty comfortable with river view. I tried the iced latte as I normally do in every coffee shop and I really love their beans! Probably the most rich textured iced latte I’ve ever had!
