Very good clam chowder (New England) , excellent lobster roll, very good fried clams, generous portion. Friendly, service, clean....nothing not to like
Ordered pickup and food was prepared fast.The lobster roll was much smaller than expected and tasted fishy. Didn’t worth the 30 bucks and probably the worst lobster roll I’ve had (I’ve tried at least 6-7 places). Ordered a bowl of lobster bisque but also seemed more like a cup. Tasted okay a bit salty though very creamy. Mac and cheese was good and okay portion but honestly it’s difficult to make it bad lol. We were looking forward to this newly found lobster place on a Friday night but disappointed.Final verdict - Won’t return.Below is added in response to the owner’s reply:Lobster roll size - I appreciate the citing of the other 2 dozens restaurants but I’m just a consumer and all I had was my own experience. And my experience was that this was the third lobster roll I’ve had in the past two months and it was smaller than the other two I had (one from a NJ local food truck and one from a lobster shack in Long Island). It could be that I just had better luck in the other two places but all I said was “smaller than expected” because it was. Reading the other reviews for this restaurant, I also saw that I’m not the only person that had this feeling.Lobster roll price - I understand the pandemic had jacked up the prices for things but as a first time customer, I was hit with a smaller than expected lobster roll with a not so fresh fishy taste (instead of the fresh sweet lobster taste which is why I called it fishy). I wouldn’t know this is the highest price in 6 yrs and honestly I will probably be happier paying for a $34 lobster roll that’s better quality and seemed more like a full meal. The price difference is negligible for good food.I said I won’t return because it wasn’t a good experience for me. Other people who saw the pics and agree with your cited industry standards can form their own opinions.
We recently went this weekend and my boyfriend was disappointed In the lobster as it was over cooked and rubbery. My dad had the lobster Mac and cheese which was okay but not great, the cheese was like veelvetta cheese.I had a salad and a bowl of the clam chowder which was good.I will say the oysters were also very good but overall not a wonderful experience.
Service was excellent. Our guy was so friendly. Had the butter lobster roll with homemade chips. Sooo delicious. Wish I didn't live so far away.
Great seafood dishes. Connecticut style lobster roll is delicious.
Always drive by and want to try but never did till tonight. It was fantastic! Cute little place. Live lobsters right when you walk in door you can see them all. We ordered lobster fritters, crab cake, and the lobster bomb. The fritters had a little kick to them which we lmthink made them amazing. My husband doesn't like scallions but still ate these so you know they were good! The crab cake was full of crab and no fillers, which is hard to find! The lobster bomb was a bread bowl with lobster bisque and 8oz of lobster. Everything we had was DELIOUS!!! We were craving seafood and this place came through! Definitely can NOT wait to go back! We think it was all decently priced as well which is unheard of for good seafood. Service was excellent as well. Definitely a must try!

Me and my sons dined here on my birthday 9/16 and I must say we had a great experience. The Lobster Mac and cheese is sooooo delicious. Not only that the staff was very polite. The portion of seafood they give is shocking. (More than enough for 3 people) We all was full. We will be back next week.
The food was ok I ordered a crab cake and the lobster tacos, were very tasty.
If you love seafood and your looking for a nice little date this place may be an option. They aren’t overly priced and they are B.Y.O.B. (Bring your own bottle) as they only serve non alcoholic beers, however they do have a selection of wine with alcohol.I had the lobster roll with chips (I didn’t like the chips as they were a bit over done, so they were very hard), calamari was great, salmon with sweet potato fries. The waiter was very nice and made a great recommendation on the lobster roll and wine Chardonnay.Definitely would go back and recommend to others!
