The food taste old like old gym shoes the rice atleast. For sure the sushi is ok. But we paid 30 dollars for a scallop hibachi dinner platter and the portions was terrible so much veggies gies not a lot of meat and terrible rice. . This place is over priced for the quality of food. 68 dollars for two hibichai dinners to go and two sushi rolls to go. Is over priced when ur hibachi taste like it came from the fast food panda spot
It's fantastic. I've been here many times. The quality of food is excellent. There aren't many all you can eat sushi place that have sashimi. Never old fish here, everything is fresh. The hot foods are excellent too. They used nice cuts of steak for hibachi steaks. I highly recommend it
Unfortunately, the ingredients in the sushi did not taste fresh. I LOVE sushi, but this was somewhat below average. I actually did not eat more than one piece of the soft shell crab roll because it didn’t taste fresh. However, their udon noodles were excellent.
Please choose another place. We picked this place relying on good reviews which turned out to be very misleading. We were genuinely shocked by extremely low quality of fish in all the hand rolls. The tuna fish tasted like yellowfin dyed in artificial pink color, or another cheap substitute fish, as it was absolutely tasteless and bitter. The soy paper inside the rolls from the AYCE buffet was almost unchewable. The rolls didn't fit the description on the menu. The waitress was trying to limit our order before we even started eating, even though my order contained only 4 rolls and a few small appetizers. Most of the rolls were nearly inedible and honestly, I've never tasted anything worse in my entire life. This restaurant needs to purchase better ingredients, better sushi chefs and better management for sure.I never leave negative reviews and am always polite and courteous customer, but I felt compelled to say something to prevent another disappointed sushi lover.
Price went up by$2, but the food seems more fresh.
Really good sushi and the takoyaki was good too ❤
I've been there 4 other times. Always good experience. I managed to last all this time not catching covid but I finally caught COVID there this week. I walked in Thursday night it was empty. I asked why it was so hot the woman apologized and said the AC was broken. There were floor fans blowing air everywhere (not good as this spreads covid) As soon as a few tables arrived they turned on the AC. So they are liars. They got angry when I ordered too much and tried rushing me out. Even with all that I tipped 11 dollars. The next day I had covid. That was Thursday. I'm going to miss 10 days of work which means around $3000. The next time you go, watch how they clean tables very closely. Another thingAll their "special rolls" while tasty are packed with filler. The spicy tuna and spicy salmon all contain filler to make you more stuffed. Those special rolls without spicy tuna and salmon instead have tempura shrimp- also a filler. I suggest only getting the rolls/hand rolls and sashimi to get your money's worth. The appetizers are good. I get the fried oysters, grilled octopus, miso soup. I'm sorry to say I won't be going back. The man in the kitchen even came out and stared at me. (I guess I ordered too much food?) Sorry but then dont have all u can eat.
This place is fantastic! Much better than the one down the road that's always packed. Their sushi selection is fantastic and they even offer sashimi on their all you can eat menu. All you can eat places tend to force rice on you (like the one down the road that's always packed) but not this restaurant. Very good quality and the staff is very nice. I highly recommend this place (not the other one down the road that's always packed)
Not sure where people from other reviews got their photos. We were there for dinner and we’re given cheap paper and plastic plates, cuts and utensils. We were seated what seemed like in a good warehouse where we had walls of soda boxes on one side and folded tables on the other. Hot miso soup was brought in a plastic plate. I pointed that out to waitress but I did not feel that she spoke enough English to understand my point. Waitress was nice and tried to do her best. My Kani salad was not properly mixed, looked like people threw in imitation crab, cucumber and crumbs together but forgot to mix. Rolls were done sloppy. Tuna covered roll looked like it was made of leftover tuna scraps with ripped edges. Taste wise the food was ok. I can see how one can consider ordering for delivery or pick up but as dining experience it was very disappointing.
This was honestly the worst sushi dine in experience I’ve ever had I wish I could give this zero stars. We wanted to try a new place because it’s down the street from Arigato so we trusted the reviews and decided to try it out. I don’t know what was worse, the bad service or the way below standard food. The all you can eat option was almost $30 an adult and $15 for children we had a party of 6 and the rude disrespectful service my party experienced was pathetic. The waitress proceeded to serve incorrect dishes but also threw them onto the table in a flippant manner while rolling her eyes. The food was horrible and the orders were consistently incorrect and tasteless. When we brought our concerns up to another staff member we were told the manager wasn’t available and the young lady trying to help us who apologized for the rude waitress didn’t even work at the restaurant on a regular basis and was just helping out for the evening. During our whole encounter the waitress was standing on the side rolling her eyes and continuing to display a rude attitude. The sushi presentation was all disposable paper and plastic plates which we didn’t mind at first because we assumed it was because of the pandemic. However, the pandemic did not explain why the sushi wasn’t even garnished and haphazardly put on the plate, let alone not being our order. It looked nasty, tasted nasty, and the service was horrible. I recommend saving your money and going somewhere else. No one helped and they honestly seemed that they could care less that their service was pathetic.
