Unbelievable. Ordered a small ice coffee with milk and waited for 20 min. Absolutely ridiculous. And the best part was I received my order after 2 people ordered after me - just rude. This Dunkin’ in unreliable and needs improvement. Don’t even bother.
The girl was on the phone and took over five minutes to assist me to let me know they don’t even sell what I asked for. They need more staff and for there employees not to be on the phone

Very poor customer service. At 9 AM I was the only customer in the store. After waiting 10 minutes to place an order, I left without buying anything
They usually are pretty good here. Sometimes items from my mobile order are missing and we just bought donuts here and we believe one had mold.
you did not deliver any of the items food items, I paid $33.00 on seamlessand received two coffess, 5 items were missingand you don't answer your phone , receipt shows all items, don't knowif driver is at fault but this is terrible that you can't be reached
WARNING! I’ve had MOLD in my iced coffees from this location, MULTIPLE times within years apart. I’m sorry this photo is gross, but it is what I drank out of my iced coffee 3 times and now I am done giving this location chances. If you don’t know- that is dirty sludge/mold build up from an uncleaned ice machine.This happened to me twice in 2018. I complained to dunkin, and nothing was done. So I stopped going for years.The year is now 2021, and I stupidly started giving this Dunkin another chance. And then it happens AGAIN. Which means I’m sure it’s an ongoing issue that has never been addressed. I can’t be the only one this has happened to, maybe I’m the only one who felt it and spit it out.I let Dunkin’ know about this again, and yet again nothing was done about it.
