Nice view but uncomfortable chairs, bring a seat cushion. Drinks we’re pricey and small… Tuna appetizer was delicious, octopus over cooked and chewy, calamari was ok. Fillet mignon was cooked perfectly. Sesame tuna cooked to perfection. Lamb shank was tasty. Do not order desserts, 3 leches awful, the worst I ever tasted and cannolis were awful and soggy. Coffee was quite good! The service was good and patient. The valet misplaced our key and brought wrong car…they need to be more attentive…
This is an awesome yet reasonably priced restaurant nestled on the Hudson River in NJ. Today we celebrated my Mom’s bday and the ambiance and food were impressive. I shared the mussels with my man and had the salmon for my entree. For dessert, I downed the tres leche along with a cup of coffee and I am still stuffed! The entire staff was professional and the view was breathtaking.
Celebrated our 5th year anniversary with my boyfriend. Decor was on point! Eddy was our server was great. We requested a three course meal so we didn't feel rush, it was a bit rushed but still came out good. For dinner, I had a pork chop, and for my boyfriend he had a steak. Which was the flavor were unique to my liking, still came out good. For dessert, it was ok it wasn't bad too.Overall, we will come back and try other dishes.PS. The hostess at that time I hope she doesn't chew a gum with her mouth open while talk to us.
We had a great night at Denovo European Pub, we were celebrating grandma birthday. The food was good the cocktails are amazing and the service was very good. Another thing that I would like to mention is I see a lot of complaints about the valet parking based on my experience the valet parking service was great.
Came here for my wedding anniversary and it was an unforgettable dinner. The drinks are strong as all hell but that’s not a complaint. The food was incredible and I cant stop thinking about the short rib stroganoff.
went to Denovo once when it first opened and thought the food was not good. tried it again and not only is the food not good it is now way overpriced. the server was very nice and food came out quickly. we ordered drinks, multiple rounds and the pour was ok, not great. aside from poor food quality, when the bill came there was a $9 per drink “rock” charge. rock is a piece of ice. we questioned it when the bill came they said it was an extra 1/2 ounce of liquor. who knew! so for a drink the cost was $55 per. $46 plus $9 rock charge. yes it was a high end Tequila but even at the highest end restaurants in manhattan the cost is $40 per drink. If all that matters is the view, then this is the place for you. If food quality and fair prices is what you want, avoid this place by all means. Needless to say i have no intention of returning here. Always be aware of the “rock” charge.

We had an amazing time - the atmosphere/view/food were spectacular! This restaurant is very large with a huge outdoor area and a bar area as well. The tuna dish was really one of the best I’ve had. My husband had the spaghetti al vongole and he enjoyed it, but my tuna was definitely the better of the two. The wine was a lovely sweet Riesling. They also, give you some bread in the beginning which is also very good. For dessert, we got the tres leches and brownie. Both were very good, but the brownie just like melted in your mouth - that was our favorite. Sure, you’ll spend some money here but at least you’ll enjoy yourself.
Cocktails are $18 and up but served in small juice glasses with ice cylinders the size of the glass. Too bad because they were actually well mixed! The appetizers were chintzy as well. Entrees are good. The waiter could not be bothered and the "owner"? was rude. We celebrated a birthday and they brought out the candle in a glass. The valets were screeching out of the driveway. BTW the view is spectacular.
Decided to meet with friends for a group dinner and birthday celebration. The we orders many appetizers and drinks to try everything. They were great and didn’t disappoint but the drinks is were amazing. The mains were not that great and were pretty bland but the eggplant parmesan was the best. I would definitely visit again and try other menu items
