-all the customers were waiting longer than they should at a fast food restaurant. 20+ minutes for a single item to come out is ridiculous- They don't hear you well, so you have to repeat your order and name several times. Lots of Uber Eats or Door Dash delivers and customers are just getting irritated...- staff is trying, but they need to have more customer-friedly attitude
Waited 15 mins in line to have my order taken. It was a bit crowded... But what can't understand is why when I got my food it was room temperature...if the drive-thru is pack and the inside is packed why is my food not ??. SO DISAPPOINTED ☹️
Under staffed... caters to drive thru more than walk ins. Unprofessional
I was looking forward to ordering the chicken meal and French fries but they closed by the time I reached the drive through window
Just waited almost 45 minutes in the drive through for a salad. Eventually got to the Ordering window at 1:54am, the recording comes on saying they're closed. We drive around immediately, at 1:56am, nobody comes to the window until 2am. The Supervisor, Melissa stated, "Just call 1-800-Wendy's". We asked for the Manager's name, Melissa stated, "I can't do anything about it". ANDWOULD NOT DISCLOSE THE MANAGER'S NAME. Bluntly. No regard for our wasted time. Terrible service. I will be finding the manager in the am but please DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY PURCHASE BY WENDY'S ON CENTRAL AVE. EAST ORANGE, NJ after hours. They don't need your money or patronage #Bless
Worst Wendy's you could ever go to. After waiting 30 minutes I just walked out and left my paid food there.
I went through the drive thru to pickup an order for my friend, I repeated my order 4 times, got to the window, waited 10 minutes, got the order, took it back to my coworker, and the order was missing a sandwich. I will never order food from them again. 3/31/2022
The woman at the register was disgustingly RUDE to my husband when all he asked was “Is the bathroom was open”. She screamed at him saying “ DID YOU KNOCK???!!” and another male customer who walked in and asked the same question as my husband. Then proceeded to make faces at the man and my husband for no reason at all!
Being allowed to order for online Inside pickup then being told I've to stay in the long drive thru line. And when speaking with the manager, he was very insulting.
Drive thru line consistently long and ridiculously slow. No matter what time day or night, no matter how many or how few cars ahead of you, you will wait an abnormally long time compared to other places...
