Make sure you check your orders well. Went there twice and each time , they didn't put all my order in the bag. They Never answer their phone. Not sure if I'll go back to that location.
Service is Terrible ??? if u go threw drive threw Gaurantee you will be missing stuff and if u go inside and don't check ur bag same thing will be missing stuff....4 times I been there 4 times I'm always missing stuff 4th time I went in and checked my bags and told them I was missing stuff they wanted to Argue with me and my Defense was how the he'll I took anything out the bags when I was standing right there I never moved ???? the whole Entire team starting with the Manager needs to be switched....3 people also said the same as I was in there not to trust them ..?????? oh yea the Mac & Cheese wasn't Popeyes it had to be from the Managers house cuz it was the Worst 4 large ones went to the garbage...chicken was good all though I had to wait 24 minutes for them but because they was freshly cooked otherwise they be oily ad nuked?????? never again
Never gets my order correctly, always forgetting an item. Customer service sucks. Never answers the phone. Waste of time ordering online selecting the drivethru method, upon arrival they will tell you to come into the store and collect it.
Slow, curt staff, long queue— standard Popeye's experience. Not the worst Popeye's (Montclair), but certainly not the best (East Rutherford). At least the food is super fresh.
Ordered 20 pc Chicken Wings through the Drive Thru, but was highly disappointed with the price increase since I went there before and it wasn't THAT Costly. But know How Prices has increased with the PANDEMIC, and I Was HUNGRY; I PAID the Cost because I've Never Been Disappointed with Whoever Cooks the Chicken. It's Cooked to my Taste Buds Perfection. Love THAT So. Orange Ave COOK at POPEYE'S.

Been to this location's drive thru twice in the past few months, and both times got seltzer water, instead of the Sprite that I asked for! How does 'Sprite' and 'Seltzer water' even sounds the same?! Smh

Me and my boyfriend grabbed lunch from here for the second time and it was fresh and delicious just like the first. I ordered a 3 piece tender meal with fries and a biscuit and to my surprise there were actually 4 tenders! I know it must've been an accident from the fast pace work environment but it was a happy accident for me. The staff member at the window even gave a generous amount of sauce which I very much appreciated. I definitely will be returning in the near future.
