The D/U wait time was 11min. The order was short a piece of chicken, 1 biscuit. The side order of fries was cold. Embarrassing to take home for dinner. Never any more business with you. I hope this message gets to headquarters. (Central Avenue-East Orange, NJ)
Wait time was excessive. They shorted me two pieces of chicken from a 10-piece box. Count your Chicken before you leave the drive-thru.
I understand Employees does not get paid enough to care. But the management need to see those reviews. Such a bad place . If want to eat good food please avoid this popeyes
Waited in drive through line for a mobile order meant to be picked up at the drive through window as selected on the app for 40 minutes just to be told at the window that we’re supposed to go inside and I asked the lady serving us if it’s okay if she can just hand the food through the window to which she said no. Horrible experience and better time and gas spent driving to another Popeyes.
Remember, this review is based solely on my experience.I choose Popeyes over all the other chicken spots. I love the biscuits with lots of honey. But OMG, is it me? Why has that little cup of rice & beans gone up over $4.00? Smh
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS POPEYES!!! As you can see the chicken tender is raw and uncooked. They have roaches and rude employees here at this location. Also, everytime I order here off uber eats, majority of the time they miss a part of my order. This place is terrible!!!
First off the first cashier was a Lil rude when I asked a question. Then she pointed me to another cashier who then took my order. Asked me my name then I paid. Idk why they ask your name if they are still gonna call the # on the ticket that a Lil crazy. Look at my order while I was still in the store to make sure it was right. The chicken was 2 really small pieces I didn't bother to complain because I have in the past and nothing was done about it. Once I got home I proceeded to get ready to eat tasted the red beans and rice and it was horrible. It's like after they put it in the container they added water to make it look like more. It was really watered down with no taste at all. Please fix this problem. Thank you
My experience was horrible and I vow never to return to that establishment. Improvements needed in customer service. The manager was working both the register and preparing orders, neglecting taking orders. It took 6 minutes for someone to give me my meal after my number was called. Sadly after leaving I realized that my order was not correct leaving me to drive back to have it correct.
They are so freaking slow and have really bad attitudes. They never get my order right. And they leave items off the order and I always have to deal with an attitude when I have to ask them to correct the order.
never go to this place. we stood in the drive through for 30 minutes and i ddnt receive my other spicy chicken sandwich. the one spicy chicken i received was not even spicy. i regret passing by
