It is now 7:27 pm 7/5/2022 and whoever that lady was in the drive thru line taking orders was very disgusting! I asked her a simple question and she answered in the rudest, nastiest most distasteful manner! I want to know if that’s the way these McDonald’s employees are trained to talk to their customers. Instead of even proceeding with an order, I just told her never mind and drove off. And while I drove past the window she was bent down, head through the window, on her cell phone. That was the most awful experience I’ve had at a fast food place and I doubt I will be coming back to this McDonald’s location ever.
Manager Claudia is extremely rude & racist .. I have never experienced anything like this on my life .. zero stars
The staff are very nice... The food tastes fresh.
Clean environment and the staff are friendly, however it is an afternoon hangout for the students when school let's out. I am not complaining if the kids being there it is that when they are there they are running fighting screaming and creating chaos. Management does not do anything but they will have to when someone gets hurt.
1. Extremely poor service2. Very vindictiveI went to their drive-thru. They have this prompt that says "Welcome to McDonald's, will you be using the app today". I replied with yes then they never responded back. They had 2 lanes and about 3 vehicles made their order and went thru. The car behind me reversed and went in the other lane and I did the same thing.While, I'm at the other lane a vehicle went in the lane where I was and they made their order. They then answered me. I could hear a young lady giggling in the background. I went to the cashier's window paid then when I went to the pick up window. Guess what? They told me to pull up at the front to wait for my order. My order was easy 3 happy meals and there weren't a lot of vehicles in their drive-thru. I wonder if their managers support that behavior. Someone told me that maybe they are upset that I'm using the app because they allegedly use their personal rewards pin to get their rewards up.
Listen up I am truly not an eat out person but what I love about Mc D. is that you can afford to feed anyone for a budget price. Remember feed the food deprived. Peaceans llve.

I just want them to hire some people that’s gna get the orders out! They take so long doing drive thru orders that I started going inside.. Only for them to take longer because they’re all playing around,
