I love Charlie’s their waffles are amazing, and me and my mom often come to dine in and eat. We are also very loyal costumers who been coming for years, however we recently have been getting hair and eyelashes in our food? This makes it very difficult to finish off the food because it ruins our apatite. Please fix this issue Charlie’s!!
This restaurant is known more as a breakfast spot. They have a decent selection. The breakfast here is good and pretty affordable opposed to a lot of other places. Honestly, that's why I particular like going here. The food is good and not outrageously priced. All and all, I feel the food is done well here. If your not in a rush you can probably make a comparable breakfast. The thing is if you are on the move, this is a decent option.
I love the service here; whenever I come to order I always receive exceptional service. My boyfriend is a huge fan of the grilled salmon and I can always count on a tasty vegan meal!
I ordered from Charlie’s for the first time today. I got the corn beef & hash, w/ grits, turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, and wheat toast. The corn beef & hash was extremely disappointing. The Turkey bacon was undercooked (still good though). I told the lady I wanted my eggs fried hard and they gave me fried hard-scrambled eggs lol. The grits tasted as expected, except I didn’t ask for butter in my grits. The best part of the whole experience was the price. For all of the things that I got, to pay $9.50 was an extreme bargain. If I would’ve paid what I was expecting to ($13-$16), I would have rated it way lower. But for the price and the meal being ok. I would give it a solid 3 stars.

Charlie has raised his prices to the same amount as the suburbs so there is no since in coming here anymore and the change of staff is making the food sincerely inconsistent. I'm sad to say it's not worth it anymore
