i come here quite a lot & i enjoyed the food. that was until i ordered a caesar salad & found a dead fly in it. I tried calling the restaurant at least 6 times but no one answered. very unprofessional & disappointing
Last 2 weeks purchased southwest avacado chicken salad. The salads had no avacado, almost no cheese, and very little chicken. Quality control extremely lacking i am not happy with wendys.
Our local Wendy's - Long-Term Employees are true professionals at what they do. The food is always fresh and delicious. No complaints!
they forgot a chicken sandwich and French fries in my order . I get it accidents happen but double check the bag sheesh yalll being cheap af with sauce too
I like this wendy as the service is quick and the food i fresh made. It is better then other fast food places. I love the spicy chicken sandwich and the spicy nuggets. Their salads are yummy too specially the strawberry one. The associates are polite.
So I mean you know what Wendy's is LOL if you don't this review will not be helpful. I will say that comparing it to McDonald's or Burger King this seems to be the most fresh experience oh, I hesitate to say it feels like it's better food for you. Anyway I really like Wendy's and overall I've had good experiences at each of them. I would say that I use the drive-thru at least half the time I visit Wendy's and this was one of those times. One complaint I have to make for T-Mobile users is that using your T-Mobile Tuesday special on the Wendy's app can sometimes be frustrating. This happens to me at Burger King as well. And I blame the apps. The manager has no ability to override them so if you fail even slightly your discount will not be happening. My experience was that I went to the T-Mobile app and copy the code for my discount. I went to the wedding. And immediately put the code in. I could not see any icons for adding food, so I figured I would just hit the home button and start ordering. Soon after I realized that doing this caused the coupon to disconnect from my order. No big deal right you just put the code back in, nope! Because you can only use the code once. It would not let me read input the code and therefore I lost my discount. I mean sure it was only a free fries but it was the reason that I was considering going out of my way for Wendy's LOL yes I got food anyway yes it was fine. But this is really a frustrating thing that is supposed to be a benefit. Whether it's T-Mobile's fault or the fast-food establishments fault is Up For Debate but I'm just letting people know in case they intend to use their coupon that It's Tricky and unforgiving
So i dont usually ever leave reviews but this experience was absolutely crazy. Spent 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru line and did not move an inch. Funny part is there were three employees fully dressed for work just lounging out in the dining area with the doors locked. I know that the restaurant closes at a certain time but most doordashers are told to go into the restaurant but the least they could have done was help the people working the drive thru so it would move faster but instead they were just hanging out
Worst EVER!!! 4/18/22 @ about 4pm - Drive-Thru — Nuggets and fries were good. The burger was dry. Lettuce on the burger was so gross that I had to remove it. Tomato was almost as bad. BUT, the lettuce taste was still slimed into everything.— Order totaled almost fifty bucks. Four frostees as part of order. They handed me a tray with three frostees in the tray cup holes and one sitting on the center. Why?? The fourth cup hole was ripped. They knowingly gave me a broken tray for four frostees!! (Once I realized that, I got another tray and moved the cups to the new tray in my car.) — What happened to Wendy’s?? — At least I don’t live near this place and won’t have to deal with them again.
I went to wendy last night i got the 4 for 4 the drink was the tropical berry juice. When i got home i put my jucie in the refrigerator and took it to work this morning. While i was eatting my my breakfast i was drinking my juice and i felt something in my mouth and it was a finger nail i was so Disgusted i just put the cup in the garbage.
