I arrived and was the only person at the drive through. Instead of taking my order I was asked twice to please wait. Not a huge deal but considering I had to wait over 10 min I got slightly frustrated. Then I finally made my order, pulled up and paid. From there I then had to wait an additional 15 min for my actual food. That’d be one thing if there was a line, but with NO line to wait almost half an hour is completely unacceptable. Last time I go here
I have come to this Taco Bell probably only twice and each time the line was extremely unbearable and the drive through service is beyond slow. I work nearby and see that sometimes there’s 2 cars in the drive through and it still takes them well over 15 minutes to leave. I have worked at a different establishment with a drive through and we were told to have customers in and out in under a minute from order to handoff of items. Not sure what Taco Bell’s standard is but “fast food” should never take more than 15 minutes.
Wow the reviews are definitely spot on....two cars in front of me and the wait was INSANE....not to mention finally get up to pay window...offered free water in a cup? Lol no thanks, to make matters worse got my order wrong and had to go inside and wait for food to be made again....yeah I'll go to Mo's next time.
Took 1 hour in the drive thru. At this point you shouldnt be open
Opted for drive-thru before a road trip. This has to be the worst Taco Bell location ever. With only six cars in front of us it took over 45 minutes to get our food. The employees were rude when we got to the window. Was hoping when we got to the window we'd see that it was understaffed and that was the reason. Unfortunately the restaurant was filled with employees. Very slow employees. This place needs new management or at least training.
Slowest drive thru in town. I will never go to this place again. Prepare to spend 30 to 55 minutes in drive thru. If you are really hungry, avoid this place. Or your soul will have to eat your food, after you dead from waiting in line. There parent company kfc in route 9 are five times faster than this Taco Bell.
Taco Bell East Brunswick gave some real good filling in my Challupas as compared to my local Taco Bell in South Brunswick.
As many of the other reviews highlighted, this is probably the slowest “fast” food drive thru you’ll come across. You can drive out of your way and still get your food faster than waiting in line here. I hope management read these reviews and re-trains their staff because a consistent 20-60 minute wait in a drive thru is just ridiculous.
Coming to a very busy line, I was Nervous for having to wait a long time but no!Ananya was such a bubbly and attentive employee who got my order to me with smiles galore- made my night! Thank you
