I frequent this location for my wife. They are always very pleasant. Great service for a very busy location.
This place is always my go to starbucks!!Also fyi, Mobile orders do not come in immediately. They can take a few minutes to process from the app before appearing in our store through the sticker machine. So arriving almost immediately, or very quickly, could mean that they don’t have it yet or it just printed as you arrived. Or they had to look for the order since it hadn’t arrived at the store yet.The app gives you a time frame because of several factors. The delay in getting your order from the app to store, other mobile orders ahead of yours, and the usually business of the store. At least from my understanding.Ideally, the point of a mobile order is to arrive when it’s already ready so you can be on your way just as quickly.Now sometimes early arrivals happen. Maybe you hit every green light on the way there. Maybe the store was closer than you realized. These things happen and we get it. If this happens to you, and you are aware of it, letting your barista know you have a mobile and you are there accidentally a little early let’s them breathe. I know that sounds strange but it lets us know you aren’t mad or upset your drink isn’t immediately ready for them. It takes stress levels way down. (If you are a customer who cares about that.)Also, mobiles aren’t the first priority in making drinks. It’s always the customers there in the drive-thru or the cafe that come first. We work mobile orders into sequencing of drinks. Giving us that ten minute time frame, or however long the app gives you, allows us to do just that. When you follow the time frame your order should be already made for you so you can pick it up quickly and be on your way.I hope this helps someone understand mobile orders a bit better.

Worst Starbucks I ever been in my entire life. I’m usually not into giving bad reviews but this happened on two separate occasions! It’s been instances when I waited an unreasonable amount of time after ordering online. And the customer service is ridiculous. I love Starbucks but this locations needs to do better. Smh
Horrible. Music too loud. 12 minute for drinks is what I heard. What happened? Ace used to be nice. I left and went to Tices Lane.
I waited over 15 minutes for 2 drinks. I thought that would be enough time, I was getting a drink for my daughter before picking her up. I had to cancel my order because I would have been late. I had ordered 2 cake pops as well not even as a sorry was I given them. There was no apology, I won’t be going back to this Starbucks. Don’t waste your time here.
If you like paying $6 bucks for a large cup of coffee, that's the smallest large cup ive ever seen ( Maybe thats why they don't ACTUALLY call it a large!!), then this IS the place for you. I like their coffee, much better than their main rival, and WILL go there from time to time. Even when busy, the wait isn't bad, so that's one good thing about this particular Starbucks. You can give them 4 stars, based on the staff and the overall experience of buying coffee at THIS particular location. But, i mean, for GOD'S sake, can you get bigger large cups?? Make me feel like im actually getting something for my $5.65 cents. It's only $5.65, but with the gas situation and the cost of living being OUT OF CONTROL, the $5.65 is kind of a big deal.
This place is super busy, some of the items we order was not in stock due to sell out. Pistachio frap did not taste like Pistachio flavor, more like mocha flavor. Vanilla frap not on the menu? Did not see it on the drive thru board.
They’re always behind with “mobile orders”. You’ll get your drink faster if you just tell the person at the Drive Thru.I placed a mobile order and another person behind me placed a order at the “window”.I was told to make a loop around the drive thru and the person behind received their drink!The biggest complaint is they always get the order wrong!
This Star buck was surprising. The bathrooms were extremely dirty. We’re definitely not cleaned as it’s 11am.The store also was not in the best shape.I will not be returning here
