Red robin has great options. I'd give more stars but they haven't improved their bottomless fries service EVER! I got hardly any at first then the server put in like 6 more orders which all came out at once which is wasteful and not necessary. The banzai burger came out incorrect but edible enough to not send back.Would go back but I'm used to the issues I've mentioned. They happen at every red robin. Every time.
The food is excellent. The service is fantastic. I love the online ordering system. I could enjoy a quick well-made meal and take it home and share it with my wife. I love Red Robin!
I’m in shock! Something told me to open it because the wrap was hard but very large. Little did I know it was like 3 wraps with not even a cup of lettuce chicken and cheese. If I could I want a refund for the price I paid for receiving just the spinach wrap practically. Threw it out, it was disgusting. But 1 star because the fries were ok and I usually never gave a problem here.
For being regulars there, this is totally disappointing that the cook, and those preparing takeout dont have quaint control check on what is leaving the kitchen before they pack the meals. 2 of the 4 kids meals looked like this. Guess I should have listened to my gut when I tried to order on the app first but it wouldn't let me order the kids food and the rep on phone couldn't order the drinks we wanted yet I still went ahead.
Food was great service was excellent
The Banzai burger is great and you can't be mad at the bottomless sweet potato fries. The service on the other hand leaves something to be desired. I guess you can't expect much at RR but I can't say I would stop going. I can deal with less than steller service for a decent dinner at reasonable prices.
The Tuesday staff especially the male waiter. He doesn't acknowledge the customers and makes you wonder if you will be getting served. We left today after a long wait with not even a drink order request. We went to Olive Garden and our server Elijah was fantastic.
This restaurant used to be a quick go-to for a good burger, the pandemic changed all that. Out of Coke and Root Beer. 90 minutes in the restaurant for burgers and fries. Long wait times for everything including drinks, silverware and paying our check. Employees are all trying their hardest but they are untrained and short staffed. Every other group in our dining area was experiencing the same thing. This will be our last visit, and that's too bad. Gets a Poor not Terrible rating because food wasn't bad, except for the cold mac and cheeses.
I am a Red Robin fan, but this location I must say is the best. I had a very polite and helpful waiter. He went out of his way to make for me a low calorie lemonade with fruit which is no longer on the menu. The hostess let my Mom, who uses a walker, choose a seat where she would be most comfortable. Also, unlike some other Red Robins, was very clean. We all got the burger that had fondue and we're very pleased. Red Robin at the Midstate Mall is the place to go.
Not clean each table with mess food. I saw all table so mess. No idea what happened to employment who must clean. Sad it them only few people work. But...good food.-Poor management for not clean.-manger need more hired job.-took so long for order it in 20 mins then finally it get order place my food.
