Management and employees are on top of their game. They actually try to help you get your order instead of the low effort i’ve seen at other fast food chains. I think it’s the manager that makes it work. Pretty good first experience! Will be back
This one of my least favorite Popeyes restaurant. It is combined with a Burger King. There is very little seating between the two restaurants and it is very small inside. Some of the staff members can be very rude with customers, although I have not personally had that problem. However. I have seen other customers treated poorly. Unfortunately, this is the closest Popeyes to me. I enjoy the chicken here and come to this restaurant only when I'm in the area. It is conveniently located on Route 18 nearby many other stores and businesses.The dining area is relatively clean and there is plenty of parking.This restaurant also offers a drive thru.
Popeyes is easily my favorite restaurant or fast food chain because they always have the food ready quick and they also have competitive prices. The biggest thing for me is the quality and taste of the food and it's by far better than many of the other fast food chains that are nearby. I go here all the time and I would love to go there whenever I'm hungry.
This place never has any sides other than mashed potatoes and french fries. They charge extra if you do legs and breast only but the charge is ridiculous because you still end up with the same amount of breast, they just swap out the backs for more legs and hit you with a charge for it

The food is not bad, the service is horrible, the staff definitely need more training. The manager really doesn't care.
Worst Popeyes location i've ever been to. I like Popeyes chicken but this location disappointed me twice.Chicken is very dry and not hot enough..Worst customer service in this location...
While I never have problems with the food (5 stars). I Have never been able to use my credit card at the Popeyes counter it is always "down". They then take the card to the burger king side to charge it and most of the time you never get a receipt when they do that. And even with the credit card machine issues they have signs up exact change only... you can't have it both ways..... Corporate needs to figure out how to fix this location...
Every time I get popeyes the fried chicken gets smaller and smaller. Today the chicken thighs and drums were both less than 2 bites each. I don’t think I will ever purchase from here again. I will check other popeyes to see if it’s just this popeyes or all popeyes.
Service was fine but didn't like the food too much. The chicken and fries looked appetizing but the taste was a little off. Was the fryer oil fresh? Just wondering.
