Me and my fiance had really liked Moes, but I will never eat here again. On May 19th, my fiance and I had ordered some bowls and got a side of Queso. We had leftovers so I brought it home. As I was having the rest of it the next day, I noticed there was something in my cup of queso. I thought it was an onion or something... but no, IT WAS A WORM. A FREAKING WORM! I nearly threw up. I called and spoke to the manager, Pablo who didn't take my my information down. I tried to tell him my fiance's name so he could find it in there system, but he wouldn't listen to me long enough for me to give it to him. I went in on 5/20 to show them my fiance's credit statement to show we ate here because we had thrown out the receipt. Apparently there wasn't a manager on staff and they told me that they know about it and everything will be refunded by Monday. Nope. Never happened. They didn't even have my fiance's name. How could they possibly do that? Why not take down our info? I've been advised to report them to the department of health and safety. So, if you like worms in your food, by all means enjoy. If not, go to Chipotle across the street.
The food is good. However, the customer service was terrible.I was not able to order what I wanted because it was too late (7:50pm when they close at 9:00pm).I had to eat the leftovers from the day and they charged more that the prices published on the menu.The employees were annoyed by the clients (???)This is a review for the manager, your team needs supervision and motivation.
Decent and fast lunch. The chips were free but they were a skimpy with the quantity and they didn't taste fresh
I've had some positive experiences here so I don't wanna leave 1 star based on one bad one.. but I ordered to go tonight and it was way way below standard. They gave us about 1/4 the amount of chips they usually do- like scattered at the bottom of the bag, and most of them were smashed...my quesadilla was just shoved in the bag and was a total mess when I got it. We ordered a side of queso and didn't get it...just not what I've come to expect from Moe's at all.
My first experience at Moes. It was good. I had a taco and an enchilada. Both were good, one with chicken and the other with beef. I also enjoyed the chips that came with the meal. The chips are fried on site. I will be returning.

Waited 35mins for a mobile order. Took customers in front of me and got my order wrong.
Today is Wednesday they were supposed to close at 9pm, 8:53pm i was there and they were closed!!!!...
