Past 2-3 times I have been there ice cream/shakes unavailable. Today the same, asked twice for a quarter pounder no pickles over the speaker, and then repeated it at the payment window. She fixed the order there.. they asked me to pull over and wait, another worker brought out my burger. 2 minutes down the road discovered it had pickles. The original wrong sticker for the regular burger had a new no pickles sticker/order number over it and it still had pickles. Going to go to Burger king for a month or so and will decide then if I give them another chance..
Every time I come here they forget something. This time I make sure I check everything is in the bag and get home to find a sandwich with no meat for my sister. Please do better ? and train your incompetent staff
Granted it was busy this morning, but I ordered 2 Egg McMuffins (which are regular price), not 2 Sausage Egg McMuffins (which are 2 for 5). So not only did they give me the wrong sandwiches, they overcharged me.
Very slow service. Staff ignores the customers inside for the drive thru.
This location has the worst manager, gave us our meal with the maple syrup spilled all over our order and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. Replaced the food and did not even apologize, is that the kind of customer service you want your employees to see?? Make sure to check your order before you go because no one at this location cares about it. The employees here need better customer service training, specially the manager
Good service,but the Men's bathroom sink was boiling hot water which I addressed to the employee.
The French fries are always old, brown, dry and gross. I don't know who is in charge of the fries, but get it together please.
The new and improved mcdonald's. I was impressed. I don't eat much fast food put this new look store is fantastic. Easy to order. Quick response by staff and food was very good.
Came here for a drive through order. The young lady behind the intercom sounded like she didn't want to come in to work thas day. Other than that the food was good and fresh.
Got my order wrong twice so I just cut my losses after the manager had an smart remark
