Very poor experience going through the drive thru, we never received our fries, gave us 2 sauce's for a 20 PC McNuggets.
Forget stuff in order like chicken nuggets but put the sauce in. When call them to get it refunded it just say line busy cause they don't wanna answer the phone
NEVER EAT HERE go to the one a little down the road on 18 south they are JERKS and offensive here and you wait 15 minutes for cold garbage food. I went through drive though slot two. They served three other cars before me in other slot. When I said hello two order take cares came on irritated and said kept saying what do you want in an really offensive tone with my child in the car was getting upset. I started to order and they kept interrupting me saying what do you want rudely so i couldn't even get my order out. So I went in to order. Cashier was mad at me for not using kiosk, because I had a special order (extra pickles) . No receipt so I had no order number. and made me wait 15 minutes for two hamburgers and nuggets. She threw the bag on the counter along with three other bags called out three order numbers. No receipt unknown number. SO I had to check though three bags to find my order. These people were rude and offensive and I will file a complaint with BB about heir behavior in front of my toddler.
I love McDonald's. I just wish they'd put as much work into customers at the drive thru as they do for Door Dash customers. Door dash orders are precise and not sloppily prepared. At the drive thru, they dont care and seem annoyed if you have a special request, like no cheese on filet of fish. At drive thru, the presentation is awful, ( plop of running tartar sauce). The McDonalds door dash experience is very different. They put care into it.
Short male manager was nasty . Take forever to bring my order out side. Drive thru super slow . Hunger will kill you by the time you get your food. Good luck waiting.
Almost every time i go to this McDonald's I end up saying "Never Again!" If you go inside to order you are completely ignored at the counter. They don't want to speak to you or help you. They want you to place your order on the screens i guess. They talk to each other and mess around and they do not care that you are standing there seeing this. I went through the drive thru today. UGH !! First of all, if you can hear them you're lucky. They messed my order up at the "Pay" window probably because the workers were talking to each other, showing each other something or their phones. Then they tried to give me the wrong food at the pick up window and I had to ask for another cup holder because my drink was falling thru the bottom when it was handed to me. And trust, me I know its not easy working at a fast food restaurant. I worked at that exact McDonald's when i was 16. The difference is the complete lack of respect shown to the customers.
This is the one on route 18 North I waited 25 minutes for someone in the jewelry department no one came I actually went and found someone myself and had to wait for them. The store is always disorganized the employees are very rude. The one on route 18 South is much cleaner the employees are very nice they need to take some lessons from this store
Do not order delivery from this location. They don’t value your business and they don’t make your order a priority. The only thing consistent about them besides their bad attitudes is that there is something missing from the order. If you are craving McDonald’s do yourself a big favor and order from another location.
I've always loved this particular McDonald's because when I was growing up in South River, my Mom would take us there as like, a treat or reward. Like for example if my sister or myself had a doctor's appointment and got a shot, my Mom would promise McDonald's as long as we would just chill out and get the shot. It worked every time! And this was the McDonald's we went to when we'd sneak out of the high school and cut lunch. The one we stopped at while still very drunk after various high school parties lol... Or the next morning all hungover, this was the McDonald's. There's another one also on route 18 only a mile apart, but that one isn't "my McDonald's" lol.I'm sorry for all the rambling- I just have memories of the Racetrack Road McDonald's going back like 35 years or so .. it's always been GREAT. I've never had a problem that was something I felt I needed to complain about. Like my door dash order didn't have a straw yesterday. No big deal! Honestly, I didn't rate them lower or even mention it I just tipped and gave them 5 stars. And I'll ALWAYS give them 5 stars, it's been consistent and a part of my life, I'm sure they've probably had like 20+ GMs over the years- but whatever they're doing they're always on point. I love them!
It's a McDonald's...so. Food is great. Wanted a veggie burger so when I asked the attendant was like...whaat! But all good. I grabbed something else.
