I tried to order on the website from the EB Jersey Mike’s on Sat April 9,2022 at around 8:30 pm.It wouldn’t allow me to place the order for same day pick up.I drove to the store;I don’t live far,and was going to pick it up anyway.I arrived at the store at 8:40 pm.The girl behind the counter was polite about it,but gave me a signal that they were closed already.The signs,the website all say 9 pm is when they close.I was pretty annoyed that I got made to feel like I did something wrong.I love Jersey Mike’s and will definitely be going there again but this was just annoying and frustrating.
100 stars to the Jersey Mike's EB crew (and their staff all over NJ) for working so hard today during Special Olympics' day of giving! There must have been 15+ to-go orders waiting by the time I left with my food at 11:30 a.m. and they were cranking them out like a well oiled machine. I'll be back soon on a less busy day to thank everyone!
I love going here. It's been one of my favorite restaurants and comfort foods since I was little. They offer a wide variety of options and toppings and are very customizable. I've almost never gotten the wrong order as well. Great place, delicious food.
First time to eat here! Chicken bacon ranch was awesome. They did forget my pickles, but the sandwich was still great.
The staff is very nice and smiling when taking your order; I love that they have the big bag of chips available!
Jersey Mike's on route 18 in East Brunswick highly recommend.. staff is friendly - store is spotless and the sandwiches are fantastic!
In the peak of the omicron wave of Covid-19, not one of the four employees in the store we’re wearing masks.
They overcharged me for my meal. When I told them they said they refunded but looking at my bank statement they refunded and then took the money right back. Incompetent.
Worst experience ever. The manager lady is a horrible woman and always has an attitude for no reason. I called and wanted to talk to the owner about my experience, she took my name and number down but no one ever called me. They just lost me and my family of 6 who visited frequently.
Tasty sandwiches. Online ordering is great.
