Usually, I love Five Guys. This time, they put way too much salt on the fries. And they frequently run out of syrup in the soda machines by 7 PM.
The food was good for when you want a burger and fries. Tons and tons of fries. But the place was dirty, the people were totally disorganized, and my food wasn't ready when it was supposed to be. I was still waiting 10 minutes later when I realized my burgers had been sitting on the counter all along, but they still hadn't made fries. If I hadn't asked for them to be remade, the burgers would have been ice cold by the time the fries were ready.
Really tired of the poor service from this location. My delivery orders are constantly made incorrect, with missing items, and poorly made burgers that fall apart into pieces. Today is the last day I'll order from them. It's annoying and unprofessional.
We had a old burger bun and overpriced burger. $36 for 2 burgers is insane. Better make your own

Not only is the food great, so are the employees! It doesn't matter what time or what day you go, every employee always has a smile on their face along with a great attitude. Customer service is top notch here! The food being incredible is a bonus. Keep up the great work guys!
Food was great but person in the front needs to be or look more interested... Our first time there and he had no tips or help walking us Tru it... But the burgers were good and that's why 4 stars... Food good service low average...

This place has no sense of cleanness not one bucket of sanitation solution for whipping down tables, the guys are literally prepping burgers on top of old stuff the eating area tables and floors are just dirty,No one is wearing a mask, during this times this place has a horrible cleaning problem for restaurant standards.I ended up walking out
