I think Dunkin can give you everything you want, unless you have the more selective taste for their competitor. The black coffee is fine and they add what you prefer and according to amount that suits you. Their ice coffees offer more options, and they constantly bring out new tastes to test with their fruit drinks. The donuts should not be changed, they're a part of Americana and everyone's occasional guilty pleasure. ? They have muffins and pastries that are just as well prepared as the donuts. I think their sandwiches, with the avocado toast, the grilled cheese and ham, etc., are far superior in quality and taste to what you get from the fossilized drive-thru chains.

I did a mobile order, they screwed it up. Put more ice when I asked for less, then to rectify it, they removed the extra ice and added milk instead of coffee which screwed the whole ratio of my drink! Never back again.
Wow, they gave my mobile order to the wrong person and then refused to make a new one for me when I got there. My mind is blown. If they can’t afford to lose a couple of bucks because they made a mistake then just imagine what corners they may be forced to cut in the kitchen if things are that tight. I will be steering clear of this place. I don’t think it’s a good idea to have people this desperate handling my food. If they can’t afford to lose one donut then what do you think they do if they drop one on the floor?
This has to be the worst Dunkin in the state of New Jersey every single time I go my coffee is super bitter, and when I get bagels the bagels are literally just thrown in the big not even wrapped right and it’s squished and there be no cream cheese on it either. I am never coming to this Dunkin ever again.
Ugh...Ive had a few small issues here in the past so I try not to come here often but today will be my last visit..I was having trouble drinking through my straw...so I pull it out and poke around..only to find a sheet of the paper you use to grab donuts...I'm so so grossed out right now... unacceptable
I went for a sausage egg and cheese with a vanilla chia latte. Disappointed is an understatement. Sandwich was ice cold and the latte was a diabetes special. I didn’t get to taste either one until I got on the turnpike making it too late to go back. Will never go back here again!!
Horrible experience Wednesday's night crew at 10:45Worst I have seen. Gurl with curly hair wS beyond nasty! Disrespectful. Throw my receipt at me. Again horrible. I understand tht help is hard to find. BUT SHE NEEDS TO GO!!!
You will not get what you order… I ordered a large hot caramel macchiato with almond milk and extra caramel and espresso. Had to repeat myself several times. I got a large hot macchiato no caramel no almond milk but extra espresso. I literally gagged when I took a drink. I really like my coffee, it’s like a warm hug in the morning to help me start my day. This was like a punch to the face. I’m just disappointed
Went to grab a coffee from there for the 1st time in months and i ask the girl nicely can u please make sure its hot because last time it wasn’t, she was so rude to me answering u say that every time u come i know you u say that everyday i told her I haven’t been here for months what r u talking about and all i’m asking for is to make sure its hot why u being rude she told r u gonna buy or no. So disappointed at this place
