Smh came through the drive through Monday morning give the lady my card I get the text that my cards been charged $9. She tells her manager that she left it in the machine and it didn’t go through. I try telling her it did but after trying to show her the balance, she just kept telling me it was an error. Waited a couple days incase it took a a little for the “refund”. Still showing that both transaction went through with no problem. Maybe new employees should be better trained before handling customers money. Disappointed
Rarely great customer service experience. Most working feel like they couldn’t care less about their job. Smile once in awhile

This dunkin’ donuts is one of the worst i’ve ever been to, people taking your order sometimes mistake your own order. I ordered for a pink strawberry dunkin’ coconut refresher and instead they game me a mango dragonfruit refresher. they took an hour to get my order even though there was 4 people that had already ordered. They messed up my order like 2 times and never got a refund. I wouldn’t recommend going to this specific one!!
Honestly I don’t even think they deserve the one star. Customer service:HORRIBLE. I went in and the man at the register gave soo much attitude and made the whole environment uncomfortable.

Very good and quick service. I got everything I wanted in a small amount of time and they had all kinds of donuts too, so a good selection there. Also a very good area to eat for dine in purposes. Overall, great place to get a quick bite or a drink.
Skip this location horrible customer service and horrible and rude people. They forgot my wake up wraps spoke to Joanna on the phone and said she was leaving at 4 so I asked that she kindly inform the next shift about how she forgot wake up wraps. I come into the store to get ignored and then non stop attitude. Dosgusting behavior and very bigoted ppl. Avoid at all costs. There are other DDs that you can spend your hard earned money at. They wanted me to wait to speak to the manager the day after for their mistake. UNBELIEVEABLE
Awful. Iced coffee was made using hot coffee poured over ice and was watered down. Food was fine the coffee was not. Skip this location.
