I usually stop here 3 times a week on my way to work. Drive thru is usually quick.
Best Place Very Hard Workers Who are dedicated to this place
I went through the drive thru here and they have this Indian lady working it they need to teach her some etiquette because I have a skin condition that I’m pretty subconscious about and she asked me to my face if it was monkey pox. That is not a question you should be asking someone.
I always place my mobile orders for this location and the drive thru is always pretty quick and the workers are always very pleasant! Have not had any issues with my orders here either.
Use the app to earn points for free food and drinks.Having a BR & Dunkin combo is great for any type of treat you're looking for.
I waited in line for 40 minutes today and ended up leaving without a coffee and this seems to be a regular occurrence I mean 40 minutes 15 minute lines for a cup of coffee it’s not rocket science people should be ashamed of yourselves
I went here to get a coffee and the lady at the drive thru was trying to sell me a coupon which she said would cost me a $1 but would allow me to purchase a dozen donuts for only $1. I agreed to buy the coupon and then after leaving, I saw it was a coupon for $1 off a dozen donuts. I went inside and told them it was false advertising and that they were scamming people out of $1. The entire crew shrugged their shoulders and said that the manager told them to do that. I didn’t get my dollar back and I will not be going there again. Imagine what other scams they are performing at the drive thru! Check your receipts and avoid this place if you can!
One of the best thing I love to visit here all over again is the Mocha Iced Latte. Very fast service and friendly workers.
Terrible experience. I come to this Dunkin Donuts very frequently as I am from New York and travel by car often to go to work and take my kids to their CUNYs with my wife tagging along. Well, the past two days i was here have been NIGHTMARES. If i place a mobile order i at least expect it to be correct, i mean isnt it spelled out on paper… how wrong could you get it? I got to the window and was handed my drinks and immediately i read the label and see that it was wrong , i cant have sugar as I am a diabetic and well, just imagine the effects of high blood sugar whilst driving across states. I ask the girl at the drive thru counter if it was correct and she asks me what i originally wanted, i tell her and she turns around to ask someone and thats when the barrage starts. The workers all crowd around the window and one of them, a short one, begins shouting and screaming in my face that the order is correct without even giving me an opportunity to speak. Once the verbal assault was done the original girl at the window returns and APOLOGIZES for her coworkers behavior. After that i was still missing things from my food order and had to walk inside and get it corrected. I understand more than anyone that customer service jobs are hard, but i cant help but wonder if something more was at play here. Basically, if you like your breakfast without a side of bad breathe by way of shouting, go to the starbucks down the road, for your own piece of mind.
I am here at 7:35pm, on October 29th, and the female employer with blue shirt just locked the store. I could not go inside to buy coffee. This is NOT the first tine I see something like that happening. I have stopped coming here for that very reason. Whenever I come after 8pm through the drive in, the female employees tell me they cannot make cappuchino because they are close, AT 8PM!!!! These young employees just don’t want to work, as simple as that. It is shameful because I visit DD every day, sometimes twice a day. But can’t here anymore because I don’t get service. I will go back to the DD near Rt.18 Walmart. So upsetting!
