The beef in my bowl was all in one piece… nobody wants one big piece of beef in their bowl. Not only that, but you guys seem to pour the whole container of sour cream into the bowl. Disgusting. If you’re ordering form here, you’ll be better off watching them make the bowl.
The serving amount of meat is dependent on the employees' mood or something... They'll skim out when they're feeling lazy or in a bad mood which is 90% of the time. I get better service in the Chipotles in NYC, which are 10x busier than any of the central jersey locations.
I Have ordered multiple times from here. There’s always an issue with my order. It’s from picking it up and being 30 40 mins late from pick up time, order double and actually get half of a regular order, things missing. And what is more aggravating is the people working there, there face looks like there dying or working for free. Jesus Christ if you don’t want to work stay home you fiilled out an application to work not to go relax
Every single time I order for delivery (and even sometimes order in store) my order is wrong. They usually forget to add in something I bought like chips or queso but today they gave me someone else’s bowl entirely although my name was on the bag. Unfortunately it’s the only one in the area that delivers.
This place doesn’t even deserve a star. The people behind the food don't know anything about hygiene, much less what they're doing. I ordered a burrito and in the end I had to eat it in a bowl because the guy who was wrapping it clearly didn't know and it all came out, not to mention the amount of food they serve you (not even the full spoon) I had to tell the girl that it was very little. I like Chipotle BUT NOT THIS ONE. I AM NOT COMING BACK. I’ll rather go to the food chains that are next door.
Ordered 5 bowls and I kid you not each bowl had 3 cubes of chicken. And one was supposed to be steak and had none because she thought it was supposed to be a vegetarian bowl. In what world do vegetarians eat steak when the label on the bowl clearly says steak. I can understand the mistake with the steak because it gets busy at times but putting barely any chicken in the bowls when you have hungry people waiting on food is the real problem.ADD MORE MEAT!
2022/3/23: this location for Chipotle has temporarily(?) shut down.Updated: The portions and service sizes here are smaller by default.In The Morganville area this is your go to Chipotle. It's a typical Chipotle restaurant you get everything you need the folks are pretty friendly. They will throw in a few extra things once in awhile. They also have fresh jalapenos here if you ask for it. So do not let go of them for your guacamole.They serve food in good portions here. Just be careful the lines can get pretty long although they do move fast.
This place deserves negative stars. I just spent 30 minutes in the line to be served by bunch of kids (literally kids) who looked like didn’t want to be there. They just slapped everything in the bowl. Rice, beans, chicken were cold. Salsas were dripping. Made the entire bowl soggy. The girl wasn’t even paying attention to what I was saying. Chipotle should change the management at this place. I have normally avoided this location for these same reasons in the past, I thought I’d give it another go. What a disappointment. My bad, I should’ve checked the recent reviews. Try another location, can’t be worst.
Upon entering and walking up to pick up my order I get harassed and yelled at for not wearing a mask. She tried to walk me back to more car. I told her no deal and to give me my food. She walked away and I just got it myself. Tired of this harassment. Every other store in the area does not harass me about a mask that the CDC said provides little to no protection. Leave me alone!
I’ve given this chipotle so many chances and I’m going to have to go to a different one from now on. Today for example I ordered online pickup and when I get there apparently the system was down and there were about 10-15 people standing around waiting for pickup. A young guy who worked there just stood at the pickup area and wasn’t explaining this to the people waiting for pickup orders. I finally went to to him after waiting for 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready to ask him what was taking so long and he says the systems are down and he has to hand write orders. Which was funny because he had been standing around doing nothing… he then asked me my order and order number which I couldn’t give him because I didn’t have my phone because I thought I’d be in and out of the store fast. And his response was “oh well” and walked away!!I just left frustrated and canceled my order through the app.
