The food was delicious fresh guacamole and flavorful food. The only thing is the Waiter forgot my Bean but great service.
This location is a hit or miss type of place been here a few timesPlacing online orders: I don’t understand why you have curbside as an option if we are expected to wait after checking in for 10-15mins while my food sits getting cold on the shelf. You always end up just walking in , hence why I don’t tip when doing mobile orders.Dinning in: some servers are better than others. Bathroom is dirty! Watch out for your bill I noticed many times when you order 3 for me they try to charge you regular and when you order a kids dessert for your child they try to charge you more for the advertising price on the kids menu for a mini lava cake.It’s an okay place certain things are good others are blah
absolutely great food but extremely poor service! not unfriendly just extremely disorganized and not attentive! dirty dishes left on our table for at least 30 mins, had to wait way too long for more drinks and dessert! we usually love Chilis but this one missed the mark!
Our server, Dennis, was such a great guy! We sat in the bar area, and what a fantastic human being. He is franchise owner material. Food was fresh, great portions. The staff were all busting their butt, great people. Will be back. Give Dennis a raise.
I came in with my family (party of 9) at 1:48pm. We were told by the hostess that it would be a 15 minute wait time. We waited as other families were sat down, including a family of 8. We were told they were waiting for another family to leave so we can take their spot. This family left and it still took them another 20 minutes to clean and sit us down. We were taken to our table at 3:20pm. I asked to speak with a manager and was told by the hostess that the manager would meet us at the table. The waiter then proceeds to say the manager was busy and would come out at the end of our meal. At this point my patience was all but gone. I took my family and left. This is completely unacceptable!!!
Went there on a sat night around 10pm after going to rock n ar with my husband our son and another cpl n their son. We were treated awfully by the female manager and hostess. They sat use in the bar area where we were cramped and near rowdy drunks. The manager did absolutely nothing when she finally disided to grace us with her presence after 25 min. She did not apologize she was so so rude. Chili's only saving grace was our server who was also the bartender. He was exceptional! But they food was overcooked.
This might be the worst run chili's in the world. You will wait forever to be seated. After you are seated you will not even be approached for 20 to 30 minutes to take a drink order. The bathrooms are filthy, the floors are filthy. I have been a waitor before and I know how hard it is, but this place needs much better management. If you are understaffed, it would be better to just tell people you aren't seating additional tables so they don't waste their whole night at your place before they have to walk out because Noone ever makes it to their table. Absolutely horrible and it's a shame because this place used to be pretty good.
Called ahead for a party of 8 and we were told it was an hour wait. We arrived early and were surprised to find there were MANY open tables. Lucky us! Another party of 6 arrived right after us and were seated immediately. We were told we couldn't be seated and would have to wait because we were told we couldn't be seated for an hour. But, there are open tables everywhere and you just sat a party that arrived after us without calling ahead. Spoke to the manager who was rude and stated there was nothing she could do for us. Definitely not the sharpest tools in the shed working here. Sadly, we certainly won't be back to this poorly run and managed Chili's. You can't teach stupid!
If possible would like to give zero star. Apparently steak wasn't fully thawed in the kitchen and asked us to switch our order to a different entree, had to wait over 40mins for the order and they gave us cold entree. First time at ? and never probably will dine again at any chili franchise.
Worst service and manager attitude just ruined my family dinner. After waiting for almost 45 mins, when we came to know that they don’t pizza available for my 4 yr old, which I understand can be possible, but the way manager conveyed it was terrible, when she asked that if your kids can’t eat out of available options you can look for some other restaurants and that too in rudest way I could have thought.After this first experience at Chili’s, I would never visit and recommend anyone to go to Chili’s. Disappointed !!!!
