Every time I get Boston Market I order it it gives you prompt timing when to pick up your food I'm usually 5 to 10 minutes early food is always ready you get nothing but excellent service and the food is amazing thank you for Austin market and your team for making my experience the best I ordered from active menus excellent excellent excellent thank you for having such a convenient app for us people on the go
I am always displeased with only one thing with BM ever and that's the temperature of the food is always cold. Considering it's on a hot plates before being served I would think it would be hot but no.

This order was through doordash, which I would not recommend either: Norma, the dasher gave me about 25% of my items. Apparently, per this Boston Market, she was mad she had to wait. I spoke with Herbert and his general manager, Ferahn (I might've spelled his name wrong), who confirmed all the items were missing (4 desserts, all the cornbread, bbq chicken, 2 pieces of meatloaf, chicken ceasar salad, etc). Ferahn said he'd call doordash to "make this right" and I never heard back. I called hours later and Herbert answered and told me he'd call back after he texted Ferahn to "see what he was going to do next". Never got a call. Never got a proper refund. Will not be using this Boston Market or doordash again. Doordash used to have way better customer service.
This review is simply about the restaurant itself and not a review of the quality of the food.While at the restaurant, I had to use the bathroom. As I started walking down the hallway to the bathrooms, There was an overwhelming smell of sewage. When I walked into the women’s bathroom I could not breathe, the stench of sewage was so bad. There were two stalls in the bathroom, the one on left had no toilet. And instead had a bunch of towels shoved into the hole in the floor where the toilet should be. Then in the same stall there were towels and plastic that seemed to be there to try and deal w the mess. In all my 45 years of life, I have never experienced a public bathroom that smelled so awful. Not only should this be reported, it is a violation of standards of care and the restaurant should be closed until the bathroom issue is resolved. My only regret is not taking pictures of the bathroom to post. This is completely unacceptable in any public service business, but especially in a restaurant.
Bad experience. Poor employee with bad attitude and tone. She just seems like we should go away ASAP, and like she doesn’t want to work anymore. Absolutely will never come back again. Food was average, but not hot enough.
Chicken ok, steamed vegetables were wet and soggy, mac 'n cheese was very salty. Service was fast and good.
Good food bad service. Yesterday I went in and I asked the blond hair girl who looks like an assistant manager when will the Mac n cheese be done. She said I don't know with an attitude. She went back to put my food in the container and almost dropped it on the floor. However she slammed it in the container. I am not a rude person at all so I took it and told myself I would never come back. ? I don't want to always bring up race but it has everything to do with race in this country.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their food may be good, but if you have ANY issue whatsoever (and you likely will as this company is going downhill) you will NEVER get a response from customer service. Ever. They don't care about their customer and they probably figure their running themselves into the ground so why bother keeping their customers happy. Eat literally anywhere else.
