Fast, delicious and great service. Surprised it wasnt very busy on a Friday night.
Love everything about this place! Beautiful views, bomb food, nice ambiance, cute decor, nice outdoor seating area with a rooftop bar separate from the dining area, live music, romantic, fun, trendy, I mean seriously, what else do you need from a restaurant! Just go there!
The Blossom has wonderful food, great atmosphere and the staff if very polite. The breakfast buffet is outstanding.
The first night I had the chicken dinner which was quite good. I don't usually eat chicken on the bone, but I it looked too good not to. Very good mashed potatoes and vegetables. The following night I had a Margherita pizza which again was good but not outstanding.

Facility is nice, dining room and bar are a good size, but it's definitely a hotel restaurant; edible, but not necessarily noteworthy. The service was great though, super nice folks.
Waited over an hour to get a salad. Staff was no help, apathy all round. Finally left, some of the other guests had been waiting for almost 2 hours.
After waiting over an hour and a half and having to repeatedly hunt down my waiter (and the manager) I finally got my food - and it was terrible. The manager explained that only one of his three chefs showed up and that she was new. Angering a restaurant full of guests is the fastest way to ensure you will close for good. There aren’t many dining options in this area but if you must stay at this hotel my recommendation is to order Uber Eats or do something - anything - other than patronize this pathetic excuse for a restaurant.
