We arrived at about 7 pm and were told that there was a 25 minute wait for outdoor seating (tons of empty tables- so presumably due to lack of staffing) or 20 minute wait for the bar seating, but immediate seating available inside. As we were walking towards our table, out of nowhere, the General manager asked us if we preferred inside our outdoor seating. We advised him we preferred outdoor.. on such a beautiful night. He immediately sat us outside and we had great service from our waitress who was also training another waitress. The food and drink were also great that evening.
Bar Louie regularly provides a welcoming atmosphere and perhaps the best outdoor seating bar in the area. Every bartender and server I have interacted with was friendly, professional, and inviting. As a local, I have been here many times and I have consistently had a positive experience, particularly with the service staff. Due to how my off-work schedule aligns with theirs, I have had the most experience with (please pardon any spelling errors) Michelle, Jamie, Alan, Jack, Michelle (who helped me with my Spanish!) and more recently Annie who gave great wine recommendations and Jazz who was a fantastic server. I'm sure the rest of the team is great as well, I just haven't had the pleasure of meeting them yet. Thank you for being a consistently great place to come to for relaxation on my days off! Cheers ?
I like the interior, it is spacious and nice. What I really love is the outdoor sitting area, it is very fancy and pleasant. It was windy today so we couldn’t sit outside. Food is great. I can say that the avocado toast I had was the best I have ever had. Perfect blend of flavors, mouthwatering. Staff were on point. The interaction and friendliness made us feel very welcome. Would definitely go again and again.
Suzy and Ed’s performance behind the bar today was exceptionally stellar! Ed’s nonchalant description of their ALL NEW tostada burger was absolutely mouth watering. He is always here right on top of things to make sure I know the happy hour specials. Who doesn’t appreciate that?!! And it delivered! Suzy’s Grand Lemon Drop was second only to her welcoming energetic personality! All in all a winner! As a frequent patron of Bar Louie, I would love to see Suzy get more time to shine behind the bar. As I will be there again in the near future.
Great food and even better service! I love to come here for happy hour as I get great deals on half-off appetizers and drinks. Nice selection of draft beers and even better mixed drinks. Not to mention our server today, Angela, was awesome! Very attentive and knew the menu well, she made us laugh quite a bit too. Will definitely be coming back to this place soon.
I just left Bar Louie along with my husband and our family friends. I must say I had a great experience here. Service was fast it wasn’t too packed so it was nice and quietOur server was so sweet, her name was SelenaShe was very attentive and brought drinks when we ran out without even asking.She also informed us on Angel numbers very interesting…The winter citrus punch is very good!I will definitely be back!
I love the ambiance and service, the latter being very polite and friendly. Great TV screens to watch a game and comfortable booths for seating. Yet, the main attraction, food, is nothing to write home about. Yes, it's bar food, but half the orders were cold, the other half were greased over the top. Your best bet is to just come here for the drinks.
This was a regular place for my military coworkers and I after work up until i moved in 2018. After 4 years I finally had the opportunity to come back and hang out with my best friend here. It was just as fun as I remember. The entire staff are the most courteous, friendly, and genuinely cool people around. Highly recommend for a chill night out, with great food and great drinks.
it was slow and still had to get assistance from everyone but my server. my dishes were filthy. she took forever to pick up bill.
Our server Micaela was very sweet. I went with a friend for brunch and we had a great time catching up. We did have to ask for plates and utensils but otherwise the food was delicious and Micaela checked up on us throughout our time to make sure everything was good. The $15 mimosa pitchers are also fantastic
