After foolishly waiting too long to try the Indian Lake Bistro, all I can ask is please don't make the same mistake. Everything is fresh, flavorful and clearly handmade. The shrimp tacos brought me to tears, my kids devoured the empanadas and the Guac is out of this world. This place is a gem and a new favorite in our house.
This is definitely not a place to go if you need a quick breakfast. I was the only person inside and out and waited 15 minutes for a egg and cheese sandwich. The sandwich wasn't bad, but they really need to work on the service.
