Good American/Mexican food. Not authentic Mexican but good nonetheless. Opt for tequila flights instead of the sugary drinks. Very good service.
Such amazing food. Great service. They have a beautiful atmosphere inside the restaurant and than there outside patio with palm trees absolutely love. Great music and it’s like you are on vacation mode.
Really nice place fun atmosphere. Really nice owner. Sebastion was great and made really good drinks! We noticed there is outdoor seating with plenty of parking. Music was great, different music at the bar from the dining area. And not loud at all, you can have conversations with no issue hearing each other. While sitting at the bar for St. Patrick's, my girlfriend actually hit flower bombed by a local florist. We had an amazing time and we will be back!Awesome place for cinco de mayo!!!
Excellent service, even with a crowded room. Large quantities but didn't sacrifice quality in the food dept. We had the Mexican Mule, Chico's Punch, Carnitas Chimichangas, and Spicy Chorizo tacos.

Too many broken chips in the bowl to accompany their salty “salsa” and it’s strong smoky flavor. I wanted to like this Tex-Mex place with their $9 lunch special offering of 3 Chicken Enchiladas (can only select one meat filling) with rice and beans. But, their version lacked the baked, melted cheese on top and had the same smoky flavor in their red sauce which offset the bland chicken filling. Their rice and beans didn’t jazz me either. Overall, I left disappointed, but at least they offered free refills on their $4 soda. There is a sports bar with a wall separating it from the dining room and they also have a patio for outdoor dining. Parking lot.
Chico's is a. great Mexican restaurant here in Denville NJ their menu is like a hard cover book with bountiful choices. Their Mexican food is super delicious with great presentation. The ambiance is very comfortable and like your on a day or night off for fun with great food and drinks! Speaking of drinks they have at least 20 choices of Margaritas to chose from. I picked the blackberry one. Omg..heaven..check out my pictures below. 5 Stars !!!
OOF! My second time at Chico's, and wasn't thrilled about going there again. My second visit confirmed how I felt after my first visit. Asked for a glass of water with a lime. Water showed up, but no lime. Asked again for lime; server came back with lemon. Third time was the charm! When it came time for ordering, there were six of us at the table. Server took five orders, and collected menus, and walked away. When she walked by again, i asked her if she would take my order. She chuckled. I'm not going to get into the food, because most of my party wasn't happy with their meals, and it would take to long to explain everything. When the bill came, we paid with a credit card, to find out afterward, that they charged a 4% credit card fee. I understand that many places are doing this now, but there was no sign stating that they were doing this, and the server did not verbally tell us when we put our credit cards down.
Everything here is fantastic: food, drinks and service. I consider myself a nacho aficionado, and theirs rank in my top faves. And trust me, I’ve eaten a lot of nachos.Huge bonus that their tequila selection is ?…they’ve got a wide range for any budget or palette.I need Chicos in my life at least once per month!
