The guy who said that the burgers were sloppily made was right. I ordered 5 impossible without cheese and 5 with. It was on my way from the university so it was meant to be convenient. I got home, most of the burgers didn’t have anything in them and were splitting apart they were so dry. I waited over 15 minutes in the store while they were training someone and at the time I was diplomatic and calm and said it was okay. I even confirmed the order on several occasions and they still got the order wrong. I come here all the time but I will never come back here again. I drove all the way from Fair Lawn to this location after a long day to have them correct the order and ended up eating it there. Also, they added three regular burgers to the order when I came back to correct the order. ? Both of the managers were completely incompetent. Message to the owner, I’m certain you are losing a lot of money hiring people 15 dollars an hour to screw up the majority of the orders.

The sliders are classic. Steamed onions, who knew? Try the mozzarella sticks and marinara sauce, the chicken rings, and I am fond of the jalapeno sliders. My son likes the fish sandwiches.
It was so much better tasting & fresher this time. Taste like the old White Castle & the young lady that took my order was so sweet!
I ordered a crave case and forgot to tell them no ketchup it was my fault so I accept that, so as she was making the first few I'm waving at the lady she's looking right at me I'm asking her is that my order is that my order she act like she didn't see me, but yet she's looking right in my face and see me waving my hand , she could have stopped because she seen I was trying to get her attention and it was only two customers in the store at the time me and my cousin when I got home half of them had no pickles and they rush to make your order that's why the burgers be so sloppy when you're standing there and you're not rushing them
The food was okay, the burgers I had didn't seems all that fresh like they have been out for a bit, the frozen ones from the supermarket are better compared to what I had at this establishment. the fries could have been better, the fruit punch from their soda machine didn't taste that good compared to other fast-food establishments, and even store bought hi-c, theirs tasted off like they haven't cleaned the machine or like the fruit punch was old. Probably won't eat from this white castle again, second time being disappointed with the food quality

Hadn't been home to NJ since 2016. White Castle changed so much! I was impressed by the combos and food additions. Big improvements. Wish we had one in Charlotte, NC. Keep up the good work! Highly recommended!
Moved outta tri state area 3 years ago. Whenever I come back this is a go to after partying. Always reliable, tasty and fast.
French fries were not cooked all the way. I didnt get my honey mustard for my kids chicken rings.
