I called this afternoon to place a rather large order for a friend who lost their husband over the weekend. I wanted to send her food for her and her family. The gentleman I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting which trays to send. I must say I was told the food was exquisite and delivered hot.I'm beyond grateful on how professional and courtesy the staff was. I would definitely recommend Villa Roma to anyone and everyone!A+++
I had a house full of 4 year olds. A large order was placed before me, I asked should I not order from them because of this order? They said sure if you pick up 30 minutes. I was able to get my food 45 minutes later. Ruined my kids party. When I complained they just hung up the phone! Horrible customer service! Especially for just OK pizza to begin with.!
Who ever is giving this place a 5 star is getting paid by them. From the delivery to the pizza it was bad bad bad. I wanted to try a new pizzeria since I was tired of papa Johns and this places boy I wish I would’ve just ordered the pizza was thin no sauce and came cold the “loaded fries” the bacon looked old the cheese had a bad taste to it and the sour cream with expired! Horrible horrible this place is bad !!
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Chicken was hard as a rock in the chicken parm dinner. Customer service is atrocious. I was not looking for a refund or any store credit I just wanted them to know the chicken wasn’t fit for human consumption. Instead of making things right the worker wanted to lecture me about how he can’t control chicken prices and how he’s been there for 20 plus years and how maybe it’s the breading of the cutlet and how I should order grilled chicken next time…. ARE YOU FREAKIN SERIOUS! So it’s my fault the chicken was old and hard?!? Next time just handle the complaints without telling the customer what they should have done?!? Like, what?!Never again. Please do yourself a favor and skip this place.I WILL DEFINITELY MAKE SURE TO TELL ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO AVOID THIS PLACE!!!***called the slice app and they refunded my money. I’ll never order from here again after this experience.
Very rude people who own this place. We ordered a pizza that came brown/burned/well done (whatever you wanna call it, it wasn’t appetizing!). We went back to get it replaced and also get one more pie and they argued saying it was fine and we had come back to take advantage of the 2 for 20. There are countless pizza options in the area, no need to be disrespected by toxic people. This is not the first instance but we have had enough. The folks working at Villa Roma have always been like this - disrespectful, antsy when taking an order , and argumentative. We are DONE with them
First time eating their pizza… the Three Cheese was Superb. One-of the best Pizza i tasted. definitely coming back for more…

The guy behind the counter is so beyond rude. Impersonable, cold, and doesn’t put the customer first by any means. I’ve been going here for a long time, and when I got charged differently for the same order I’ve been purchasing for years, the guy said “it’s always been like that, if you don’t like it you don’t have to come back.” What used to be a friendly pizzeria has now turned into a hostile place with bad attitudes. This industry isn’t for you if you’re going to be so quick to fight with customers.
The Roma Breakfast was delicious. Two sunny side up eggs, quality sausage, cheese, tomatoes and a warm roll.
I witnessed a huge fight between the the person taking my order and the driver who delivers the pizza! It was super heated and I'm sure they were both drunk. Also the close super early now and I only crave pizza at night :(
