I arrived on a Monday night with my friend and requested a booth. After the hostess asked how many of us there will be, I told her 2, and requested to be seated in the quieter area on the left where I motioned. The hostess proceeded to completely ignore me and walked us to a booth right next to a family where there was a kid being loud and obnoxious. I asked politely if we could be seated somewhere a bit quieter, because of the kid... While I also pointed over to the direction of extreme quiet booths on the other side of the restaurant. She then grabbed the menus angrily and walked to the booth right next to the open kitchen doors where it was loud and bustling. I told my date, come on, let's get out of here. Let's go.I wasn't about to have our first experience at that place be a completely unpleasant one with all the noise I didn't want, just because the hostess wanted to be despicable.I would go back there, but only when that young shrew isn't working that shift. The pizza was good the last time I had it over 10 years ago. The staff in Clifton needs to straighten their attitudes up and stop being so unwelcoming to the paying customers.
