Well, I was referred to this place by a Clifton Carrier who highly recommended them. I call them to ask if they deliver, they said no so I began to place my order. I was verifying the order and the person on the phone became extremely rude stating. “ are you talking to me! I’m busy what do you want young lady. I did let him know that this was my first time calling and that so be patient with me as I’ve never eaten there. He also stated when I was placing my order “ look do you want a half or whole. I had no clue how the sandwiches come because as I stated I’ve never been there. All these amazing reviews which made me even more eager to patronize them only to get a RUDE person with ZERO patience on the phone. I definitely won’t be referring anyone here for sure. Had this been a pleasant experience we would’ve had them do catering for our up coming job fair next week at the Clifton post office. Smh… patience is a virtue!
Best place to get a quality sub for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
Best tuna subs in town! Actually all of their food is great!! Fries with cheese and gravy, mozzarella sticks, turkey and bacon, #11 is my go to for an Italian sub. Wish they were open for dinner time though..

There foot long Italian sandwich is a killer. There's a good amount of ham makes it filling.
Great NJ sub shop. Very similar to Tastees (better than Tastees in my opinion). A little too heavy on the oil and vinegar, but can always opt to get that on the side. Highly recommended.

Place is great and a fixture in Clifton since I was a kid as Frills. Excellent subs and great service. They also accept credit cards which is convenient and the staff there is super nice. The owner in particular is always friendly and what can you say, the food is fresh.
A Clifton staple. I’ve been coming to troops since I was in middle school. I remember walking home with my friends and we would always stop at Henry’s for candy /drinks then troops for the subs! From the outside it doesn’t look like anything special but the magic is in the sandwich. Love this place.
