Haven’t been there in a while but soon as I walked in the welcome was 100% Skip vibes! Staff was really nice, especially Hanif, and once I realized I knew who makes the chili I damn near drooled on the bar. ERIC IS THE KING OF CHILI, GET IT PEOPLE!! I’m definitely coming back
Just moved to town. Came down for the first time after I just got to town and unloaded into my new apt in town. Certainly my new local spot! Great food, drinks are always cold…. friendly staff, plenty of seating…. Can’t go wrong!
I've been going to The Cliff for about 25 years give or take. When Skip was the owner. I stopped for a while, now I'm there at least 2x's a week for a few reasons, 1st the Bartender "Alex" she has such a great personality, works her but off and at the end of the day, she still has a smile on herself. She makes the best drinks. Love her. 2nd Yesterday I met a new bartender , "Haniff" there only few days and he was excellent. Best "LIT" I've had in a long time. Soryy Alex, you do too. This place is a lot of fun, good food,especially there pizza, pool table as well. I love the place and so will you..
I’ve been going to The Clif for years. The new owners did an awesome job with updating the bar. The food is one the best in the area, & the price on drinks are fair (no over charging here.) Oh & you have 2 of the best bartenders, also. Little Jasmin & Pinto are great!
Good weather in NJ so we head out looking for a nice beer to unwind. A good neighbor of ours told us about this place near our town - so we decided to check it out.We had a great time, enjoyed a delish hoppy IPA, amazing chilly, buffalo wings and great service.Thanks Alex, we’ll definitely be back.A-+
Came here with some friends early into the night for some drinks. Upon entering, I noticed our future waitress look at our group with an unfriendly glance. We let it be known that we just wanted some drinks when we sat at an open table. As it got into the night it inevitably got more crowded, but we continued ordering drinks. Our waitress(blonde, maybe dark blonde hair with tattoos) kept coming to us and trying to take our drinks without us even giving the OK to take them. Eventually we got a new server who let us know they were at capacity and that we were taking up space. I understand that they had customers who also wanted to sit and eat, but at that point the crowd had significantly died down and we were being rushed out. I even noticed that other patrons who were there before us and ordering (only) drinks weren't being watched as closely as we were. Overall it was a nice little place, but I felt unwelcomed as a group as soon as we walked in and the waitress who first tend to us let it be known that we were pretty much unwelcomed. Parking is small, but if you do get in before the crowd and carpool it shouldn't be a problem. Haven't tried the food, but it did look great!
Great atmosphere. They have darts, pool etc which makes it a better experience in case anyones down for darts after a few shots ? but jokes apart would deff go again; the pricing is affordable too which is a cherry on top.
Best bar in town, personal favorite. However, there is a new bartender who is the absolute worst. White women, skinny, glasses. Very rude every time. & tbh disappointing. Side note/ the new owner Ant is amazing.
Stopped in for some drinks with my brother, it’s a beautifully renovated hunny hole of a “sports bar”. We both had the homemade pirogies and pulled pork chili. They were both absolutely amazing. The pool table is felted and leveled! All around great spot for family or friends! Thanks guys!
Great atmosphere, love the bar food selection which includes many loaded fries options, so far any I have tried have been amazing. Plenty to keep you busy while enjoying your drinks including pool table and darts. Tvs always running the most current sports. Great local bar that keeps its customers coming back for more.
