Tacos Matamoros has really good Mexican food. It's pretty close to authentic Mexican food. The only thing is there is no parking lot & parking could be a little tricky. Also the place is really small. They only have about 2-3 bulky wooden tables for sitting. The abuelitas here are great, friendly and always prompt. They make their corn tortillas from scratch and I could honestly say it's better than a lot more famous taco places in the tri-state area. Highly recommend the jamaica agua fresca, cabeza and carnitas tacos.
This place is so good and authentic we just found it and I’m so happy about it lol. Definitely try if out even my picky mother loved it. Delishhhhhhh

They aren't open 1 hour after their listed opening time and they have delivery as an option but aren't listed on uber eats or door dash
The food was good. I am very picky with taste and texture.. as far as this Mexican restaurant goes the food was good. Service was great the lady was very nice and helpful. The portion size was very good and can't complain there. With very good prices in my opinion. As far as restaurants go.. this was a good place to eat and will likely buy from them again.
