Always treating customers with attitude for no reason. Dude slammed the bread door because there was a confusion about whether or not they had Italian herb/cheese. I told him I thought there was no Italian herbs and cheese since the next customer got that. I must’ve misheard, whatever and I even said it’s fine I’ll just stick with wheat then so they don’t go and start over. I then go to the older lady and I tell her what I want on my sandwich. She then tells me that I told her about the spinach too late like I was suppose to know you are suppose to add spinach later?? My bad,I just named the vegetables as I saw them. Then I tel her in Spanish only one sandwich with Mayo and chipotle and I repeated it since I saw she was already going over and putting it on the other. I then tell her I said only one and she gets upset and says that I’m suppose to tell her in a specific manner when I clearly told her in Spanish. This is not the first time either. When covid was full force they would hardly wear their masks and would get upset and give attitudes when you told them to please wear it right. I never get mad at customer service and I’m very respectful always with them because they are doing people a service and it doesn’t necessarily have to be with a smile because screw that people suck. But honesty this situation was so uncalled for. For a simple sandwich LOL. Cookies fire though

Place is always clean but the service is horrible. There is normally only one person working the store and depending on who you get, they’re either on their phone or with their AirPods on. When the manager is there, she’s yelling at her employees in front of the customers. I get trying to discipline her employees but don’t do it in front of your customers. And in a demeaning way too. Next time I’m there I’ll make sure to take pics and videos to post it. It’s too much.

Poor service, they always have 1 employee working there the managers never there. There’s an older lady that always on her phone with her AirPods on. The meat looks dry. The sandwich is overpriced for processed food, that’s why I always go to a deli. ??

Every time I go to this location, they always seemed puzzled and confused. Always a new crew,they mess up orders, they cancel orders on uber, its just sad because i sadly have to have the worst location near me vs the one near allwood that location is far better :D

Really bad service. I had to keep on repeating my order and the lady was high or something. Really disappointed in the service.

This Subway does not honor coupons and the store manager was the worst. They will never get any of my money.

This is the worst location I have gone to so far. HORRIBLE customer service. I was yelled at for not wearing my mask, which I then kindly asked if they have a mask and then said no. Which in fact they had plenty of masks. I had to leave and go back to my car just to get a mask which is something they could have gave me. There were two rude employees working on my sandwich and I finally went to go pay, I asked for the store managers name and the employee proceeded to ask me why I needed it and started getting disrespectful. I then asked for her name and she used hand gestures to disregard me. She was being disrespectful and using a very inappropriate tone with me. Will never come back here.

I have been coming to this subway my whole life as i grew up on this block. Last couple years theres been a rotten old witch working here who literally makes coming here a burden. She is annoying and makes you wait for no reason, she is slow and always makes the food w hate. A real disgrace

I order the pizza it wasn't good it was cooked alot so half of it was super hard.The sandwiches are ok if you order it on the spot.
