When a customer comes in and treats the employees with a smile and tips them for,et's face it, doing the job they're already paid to do, and in turn the tending employee doesn't even say "thank you" for the tip even though she was clearly there to see what was deposited into the tip bucket, then it's either retrain/repurpose/fire the employee OR customer goes elsewhere next time. Date/timestamp of event = Nov. 16, 2021 at approx. 6:30pm local time. Subway food is good, but it's not the leader over others (I only came here out of convenience during travels, but Jersey Mike's is better). Way too many other alternatives to be annoyed by untrained employees.

Good food friendly staff

I ordered a footlong sandwich on Uber and only received half of the sandwich. I tried calling twice and they don’t answer the phone. Quite upsetting.

Best subway in new jersey

Best subway I've been to in years. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, order prepared perfectly and immaculately clean. You can even eat in! As a side note,even though they couldn't honor a coupon I presented, they gave me a discount anyway! Who does that these days?? Bravo

would like to express my terrible experience today.I was with my parents today who just came from a procedure done and were hungry. I am a home owner and get the subway coupon in my mail.I called ahead of time and asked this manager - don't know her name - white girl- and when I reached the store and presented the coupon she said only one per customer. I clearly told her that you told me on the phone that you accept coupons but she rudely denied saying that she said only 1 coupon !!! Total lie- she never said that . Next there was another coupon which says free drink with any footlong purchases but she denied that too. I then requested her my parents are hungry and we need lunch soon. I even requested her that I can have my mom present the coupon and she can pay since u said only one coupon per customer and she refused that too.Then while I was standing there and see them prepare the orders she was very rude and disrespectful to her fellow Co worker who was also a aged, senior age as she was not able to fold and wrap the sandwiches and again was being rude to her saying loudly - that's not the way I should you. She was also un safely showing her how to use the knife while folding the sandwich!!! All customers were also looking which was a real embarrassing moment!!All in all - a very bad experience which I wanted to share with you and hope u take this seriously.I am also enclosing a copy of the receipt for your reference.Thanks

They staff is very friendly and attentive and very knowledgeable
