Terrible customer service! Today 6/11/2022 I went over and I made an order in person. The two employees closing literally told me I was a bother for coming in at 9:30, 30 minutos before closing time. What a disappointment, first and last time I come to this one location.
If you don’t know how to make coffee you shouldn’t work in starbucks girl , just one specific girl in this location (didn’t get her name) what a shame you should get fired!!!! your coffee tastes liek sht
Very friendly and quick service. The only issue is they run out of products usually so get their earlier in the day too get exactly what you want and the parking lot is a mess usually. Very narrow and always packed.
Came here most mornings while in town for work and the staff was friendly, drinks were great and right on time even during morning rush hours.
I loved the staff. I was in town for a week only but when every morning. By the 3rd day the barista remembered that I liked mocha, 110 degrees, skim milk and no fat. They were fun and helpful. It makes difference to your day.
I can understand if online orders are important too but I waited over 30 min for 2 drinks when there was literally one else behind me when i ordered, the staff was friendly but nevertheless I didn't really find this fair :/
The best way to describe this location is "organized chaos." Standing there for 20 minutes while I waited for 2 drinks I realized their problem. They don't have a system in place to get customers served. Customers would order multiple drinks. The barista would make one of their drinks, then work on another drink for someone else. Then work on another drink for the next customer. Next thing you know there was 17 of us standing there with partial orders. Fulfill the entire order and get them out the door!! Where was management??
Visited this morning to pick up my mobile order. And look who was at the counter to greet me !!!
I wish I knew this guy's name who worked on 11/20/21 at 9:20am,but he took my order and asked how many sugars I wanted in my coffee. I couldn't give him an exact number but I said that I liked it light and sweet. Let me tell you something...that was the best cup of coffee I've had in quite awhile. Thank you sir for your patience and extraordinary coffee handling skills!
