Placed an order. People before and after me had their orders given to them or name called out mine wasn't. Waited 25 minutes it had been ready and they just never called my name. Food was cold no apology or explanation.
The burger was very good, and the fries were ok. It was quite expensive for what it was though ($20+ for a specialty burger fries and a drink). I also thought it was odd that I was in there at lunchtime on a Saturday and was literally one of 2 customers the whole time I was there...and I ate in the restaurant).
Incredibly unimpressed by this place's evolution. All new decor, feels cold and corporate. The burger was overdone and fried were dripping wet... I think I'm done with this place... $27 for 2 burgers and 2 fries... yeah buddy, done. lol
It was really good! I would eat there again. But honestly almost 10 bucks for a burger and I can get McDonald's complete meal with fries and a drink so it's kinda costly.
This place is absolutely amazing the food was delicious this burger was probably the best burger I’ve had for a long time. The service was awesome they were so nice. I definitely recommend coming here
This is a NYC location and I stopped by to see how their burgers tasted. I decided to eat in and order their regular double cheese burger with fries and a drink. I received a number and went to get a seat and waited for my order to be brought to the table. I received my food and here is my take. The fries are good and not over salted. One thing I cannot stand is over salted fries. This was done correctly. Now for the burger. I say the cheese burger looked good. I took a bite and I noticed it tasted salty. I was able to taste the other ingredients of the burger but the salty burgers just overpowered it. Too bad I was hoping it would have tasted really good just from the look but the salt overpowered the rest of the cheese burger taste. So service is good, fries good, cheese burger is salty. Would I visit again nope. Burger is salty. If this was improved then maybe I will visit.
My husband got the chorizo burger with an order of regular fries and trust me the burger did not make it home. As per the hubby: “ that burger is the best I ever had. The fries were crispy and the burger was fresh”My sister had a double bacon and she actually wanted a second.I can speak up about the sweet potato fries, hands down the best I had.Most smash burger are not great but this particular smash burger it’s one of the best in NJ.

I usually like Smashburger, and I get that fast food isn't always the most reliable. But I ordered a hamburger without cheese to go, and got back to my office to find I actually got a cheeseburger. "No cheese" was on the ticket and everything. They just didn't read it. There was a sticker on the outside of the bag to email someone named Greg with any order concerns, which I did. No response. Why bother providing a contact if you're just going to ignore anyone who uses it?Fries were the only thing fine with the order. I got a milkshake too, but it was ridiculously watery. Felt like I was drinking super sugary, watery milk instead of a shake. Oh well. Live and learn.
Every time I order extra avocado they always forget to put on my burger. I don’t understand because I pay extra for avocado to be on my burger right?
