Rare 5 Star Review! Great seafood! Great happy hour deals on food and drink. Good staff. Clean bathroom. Parking is shared with other stores so lot fills up fast. Delicious stuff. Go There!
Very disappointing. I’ve visited the Shaking Crab in Nanuet and it was a very good experience. Unfortunately the service and food is not consistent. My partner and I couldn’t even finish our food and after waiting 15 mins to speak with a “manager” (which is a lifetime when you’re ready to go and hungry) her concern was more about keeping our money than satisfying or righting the situation.This food was just down right disgusting. The service was delayed and the “solution” from management was enough to make me sign off from ever visiting the other locations.
The food was delicious but they were a bit unorganized and definitely seemed overwhelmed with the Mother’s Day crowd so we weren’t able to get attentive service. Overall good experience I’d for sure come back when they aren’t as busy.
Service was good, stuffs were responsive and able to solve problem. The low star review is due to its poor food. The sea food we ordered was not fresh, the seafood tray was pre-made and probably microwaved or steamed before serving. I don’t recommend.
Love the food... would be a five star.....but getting cheap with the sauce that comes in bag with shrimp and crab legs....there's like none....what happened
Hello you like Seafood with taste !!!!!! GO here trust me it was delicious!!!!!! I could taste everything when... I say everything yeah everything it's amazing! I thought the place was small but..... it's cozy enough the menu is well placed with the items on it.They have pretty good drink for adults they also have top shelf liquor here too. enjoy and take some food home !!!!! I'm mad I didn't lol ? ☺
