Perfection!The staff was VERY friendly. Even the owner took the time to come out and chat with us. Everything was DELICIOUS. The chicken, chicharrón, seafood peruvian rice, the empanadas ! I will be back for sure!
Santa Brasa is an amazing family oriented business with delicious food! The lomo salteado and the arroz chaufa mixto are always spot on! Staff is extremely friendly and service was great! Highly recommend! The best Peruvian food I’ve had in NJ.

This spot is the best Peruvian spot around north Jersey. The sauces were tasty and very flavorful. The owner was very friendly and pleasant.I wish the huancaina was spicier. But regardless, food was good and we will be coming back.
The food was delicious. I’m usually not a huge fan of Peruvian food but every dish here was good and filling. Unfortunately, I have to deduct 2 stars for the service. Our waitress was kind and amicable but I think we spent about 30 minutes actually eating and about 1.5 hours just waiting. Waiting for the waitress, waiting for the drinks, waiting for the food, and even waiting for the check. I felt like we were playing the waiting game. Perhaps they were just severely understaffed the night we came but it’s not something I can let slide. Aside from that, everything else was good.

Wow one of the best Peruvian restaurants around. Amazing service too. Super clean place and bathrooms are spotless. I got the specials of the day, ocopa y ensalada rusa con pescado empalizado. All was delicious, portions are huge and affordable for what it is. Come here if you want amazing food. :)
