Staff was very friendly! drinks and food came out very quickly. Unfortunately I had the bbq wings that were so tiny, looked like they threw it in the microwave for 30 seconds, shrunk and called it a day and no where near smothered in bbq sauce, same for my husbands order. My daughter had the burger, she didnt finish it and chips were burnt. If they worked on their food situation it would be a great restaurant bc the staff was sweet.
We have the best experience at this restaurant every time we go. Usually go for late lunch 1:30pm. Nice quiet. Great service and great food. Free burger (or chicken sandwich) on your birthday and accommodate gluten free options.Can't beat free refills on fries either.I highly recommend this restaurant for a sit down. I love their crispy chicken sandwich. Always crispy and hot (temperature).Deducted 1 star because I order from grub hub once and the crispy chicken sandwich wasn't an option on that service. (Other then that I highly recommend for sit down restaurant.
I received the most atrocious plate last night they grubhub. I ordered wings and chips. The wings were cold and old. The chips were refried in old grease and the garnishes were dry and old. I had to get ac full refund from Grubhub. I sent a picture and they immediately refunded me. I had to go to bed hungry. Never ever again.
The service was a bit slow the night we went. Took awhile to take our order or to even come back to see if we needed anything else. Normally these things are done asap in other places. And the place wasnt really busy either. Food was good, but servers were confused on which table was what as they kept asking if this or that was our order (food and drinks). Operating systems may need to be updated or a total revamp of staff knowledge needs to be done to figure out some of the easy parts of this location such as table numbers and orders. May also have been an off night for the staff or new hires. I'll go back sometime to see if it improves to update my rating. And normally, I used to love eating at Red Robin! But this time it was very disappointing. 2 stars for now due to the food still being good!
Steve, our server/bartender was great. Went for a birthday lunch, he was wonderful. Made sure food & drinks were good. Very attentive, he made sure we had a nice lunch.
Went here a couple of times in August and September. They were understaffed but considering the service was still pretty decent. I don’t remember her name but very pleasant bartender although I should’ve just stuck to beer and wine. I couldn’t taste much alcohol. I asked for my burger well and it was not. I only came here to really get out of the house. I’ve gone here in the past but it’s been several years. not a place I would frequent. if I do I won’t get the burgers unless I make sure they’re well done and I won’t get the cocktails if they’re not gonna put much alcohol in them.
I came back to give a different review. I went to this restaurant during the week and it was quiet. Although it didn't have many patrons, we still had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. We received our appetizers and bcuz we didn't order our entrees right away, the waiter never came back to ask if we wanted to order anything else. I ended up paying for our appetizers through the pay portal on our table and ended up asking another waiter for a container to put our leftover food in. I left a $2 tip. No more Red Robin for me and my family
Run away! Staffing at this location is in crises. Took an hour to be seated on a Sunday at 7 PM when we were told it would be 30 min. Only Waiter was on his phone. 30 min later when he finally came to take drink orders, we were told it would be over an hour for food to come. Did I mention the place was only 25% full? We left without ordering.
Not crowded. Ordered drinks, apps, and meal immediately. Drinks arrived while waiter was still taking order. Food arrived timely and was delicious. Waiter never came back. No drink refills, no bottomless fries. Ordered dessert via table tablet. Shakes arrived quickly. Still no waiter. Observed waiter hanging out with hosts. Paid bill via tablet. Walked out with plate of food and basket of fries because I could not get waitiers attention to get a to go box. Literally a plate and a basket, no one noticed or cared. Will go to Secaucus Red Robin only going forward.
This is the second time I’ve been here and the second time I’ve gotten food poisoning. I ordered the veggie burger this time around believing it was a safe bet, I was wrong. I use to really love this place as a kid but the food and service has really gone down. I won’t be coming back and I don’t recommend anyone come and eat here.
