This cafe charged my credit card for $119.95 for a "rapid pickup" order that I did not place. I was 1,000+ miles away. I called the location within minutes of the transaction, but no one picked up. I called again and sent emails. Four days later, no one from the cafe has acknowledged me.
Food was good. They forgot to give me the soup.
I asked for two Baja bowls one with extra chicken and one with just chicken. The extra chicken bowl came with two strips while the one with chicken came with no chicken. While waiting for my order several customers were complaining that their order was also incorrect. I guess next time I’ll have to open all of my food there to make sure it’s correct. Horrible staff
So upsetting! I order the steak sandwich that is supposed to have steak, onions, white cheddar with a horseradish spread. Instead I get a few thin strips of steak, (I think) not even enough to cover the bread, no cheese, no onions, no horseradish spread! Seriously what type of incompetent people are working here? Where is the manager that should be watching what their kitchen is putting out! Never ever again! Trying to figure out how to post the picture of the disaster they served me, but don't see a way to add it! Shame on the management here!
The service was very friendly and the cashier was actually very helpful; however I did not like the sandwich and ended up throwing it away. The broccoli cheddar soup, though, was delicious! It also takes a long time to get your order, so don't go if you are in a rush. They do have a few spots for ordering ahead with their app, so that might help.
If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. there is not a single occasion in which I have dined in and my food has come out cooked. Before they got rid of it my go to was the chicken frontega panini. Lately I’ve been getting the chipotle avocado chicken. Regardless of what sandwich if it has chicken in it I always receive the chicken ice cold. There’s been plenty of occasions where I’ve had them heat my sandwich up over three times and it still comes out cold. I’ve been to several other locations and I’ve never had this issue but it seems every time I come here I do. It seems like they’re in such a rush that they don’t ever care about the quality of your food. And when I asked for it to be reheated after telling them that their chicken is ice cold I get rude remarks from the workers somebody’s huffing and puffing their breath or rolling their eyes at me when it is simply their fault. If you could I would avoid going to this location at all costs

Bad. Bad. Bad. Waited at least 20 min for “rapid pick up.” Order was missing a whole salad and a cookie. Chili (I think that was chili-she said they had chili) was burned. Worse, they never attached a receipt. We were so hungry and eager to get our food, we were home before we realized the receipt was not in or attached to the bag. Couldn’t even take it back. What a waste! Won’t ever go back there.
This Panera location is hands down the worst of approximately 50 that I have been a customer of over the past 25 years in New York City, Queens, Long Island, New Jersey, Delaware, Washington DC Metro area, Florida to name a few. The employees are inefficient, rude and have a "do not give fuxK" attitude. I am positive this is promulgated by the Store Manager who does not have the courtesy to follow up when there is a customer complaint. Recently I placed an online order for 2 bakers' dozen bagels for in-cafe pick up. I received an email confirmation that the order was ready. When I arrived at the cafe, the order was no ready. When I asked the pick-up counter they pointed at one of the employees and said "tell her what the order is and she will get it ready" without so much as a "I am sorry." As if nothing had happened. This employee started putting the order together and took 20 minutes and finally handed it to me. It was short of many bagels and the butters were mssing. I went back to the store and asked for a manager. There was duty manager who I told about the experience. He was apologetic and told me that he was emailing the Store Manager right then and I will hear from her. Three days later, I have not been contacted by anyone.
Amazing service, food ? was delicious.I have not complain with this place.
