Very entertaining place to eat, chef was very funny
This is a fun place for the family. Personally I think it’s overpriced for the food. If you’re going to spend $40. I’d rather have exquisite flavor. All in all ok if you’re not a big foodie.
Hibachi is one of my favorite style cuisines. This was the first time visiting Ooka, I am so glad I went. The food was excellent. The cost is less expensive then, the franchised competitor. You get more for your money, noodles, fried rice come with you meal opposed to noodles and rice sold as sides at the competition’s. Family friendly atmosphere and the chef’s are a lot of fun. If you like Sake, gotta ask for the sake pour! I’ll be back!
Great food and fun environment
Employees are very welcome. We came for my sister's bday and we sure had a great time. We love everything about it. The food was delicious I will sure come back again. Thank to all employees for your work. You made my sister's birthday ? perfect.
First time in New Jersey so we tried this sushi lounge, the food was really really good specially the dumplings ?. The customer service was okay but I still enjoyed my time here .

Food and entertainment was good. I must have gone during a heavy birthday and kids day overall because they had many birthday celebrations that were blasted over their speakers (maybe turn down the volume for the other guest). The chef was very interactive with the guests as well.The only major critique I would add is that they have a propensity to rush the guests out very quickly. Their expectations is to eat everything in real time as it's being served then immediately leave right after. They will hover over you and stop serving you entirely to push the agenda.Despite the concluding rushed part I would say it was a relatively enjoyable experience. Just turn down the speakers and don't rush the guests.
It’s been a while since I’ve been here but the experience is really good. The vibe here is really good and if you have a birthday this place is perfect for that. The hibachi chefs are always very cool to see and I love when they throw food into your mouth. The food is good and the bartender is friendly. My only complaint is the prices are very high
