I went to this location to do a mobile pick up and below is what happen. I went into the restaurant and a gentleman sitting in the dinning area and eating ask me if I’m doing a pick up. I responded yes and he said I should give him a few seconds. I said to him take your time and sat around a table. He got up and ask me the name on the order I told him. He found it and come back to ask for my name. I took out my phone and showed him confirmation of purchase (order number, the order itself and the customer’s name) he said he wanted my name. I told him that’s personal and additional. He went back and forth with me for 5 minutes refusing to give me an order that I proved to him I’m authorized to pick up. I am a black person and I have seen other races just go to the counter ask and received but I was asked additional question to prove my integrity. After waiting 10 minutes on an order that’s already getting cold, a lady came from the back and enquired. She saw that I have produced all the requirements for pick up and handed the order to me. The feeling was terrible because I know why I was required to answer more questions. I didn’t plan on writing a review but I got up today and still feel bad because of the situation last night.
Unfortunately I am not able to rate the taste & quality of their food…I ordered food at 12:45pm2:00I’m still waiting…call the store and was told driver was probably lost ( I’m literally 5 blocks away…I waited, ( now my ribs are touching, waiting to eat..Called back at 2:30 to cancel orderWoman told me food was delivered??Not to us!!!We ordered quite a bit & never receivedanything.. Bad businessNever gonna attempt to order from this business again!

This place is worth a try. They have big portions for fair prices. Regularly clean and with awesome ambience. Will come visit again.
