I had excellent customer service and my shake was just what I needed after a hard workout! I’ll definitely be coming back
I recently came into this muscle maker and was super excited to get a protein shake after my gym session. Not only did I receive bad customer service as I ordered, but my “protein shake” tasted just like water. The guy at the register did not want to seem bothered and felt like I was asking for too much. Two shakes that came out to be $16 is usually normal for muscle maker & I am content with the outcome, the thickness, sweetness, & taste of protein is worth the money. But, this time, I received straight water & powder in a cup with attitude. I’ve been here a couple of times & did not receive such horrible service overall. This could create such bad business being next to the gym, I highly recommend the muscle maker in Lodi, NJ. They won’t waste your money!! I normally don’t right reviews, but wow, am I disappointed.
Food is decent but their meal plan system is a disaster. Here’s some context:I ordered meal plans every week for at least 3 or 4 months. At first things were ok, with only the occasional mistake throughout my five weekly meals. However, the last six times I ordered a meal plan there was something wrong. Usually it consisted of getting an entirely different meal than I ordered (which I learned to check before leaving for this reason) and other times it was a messed up order such as asking for no mushrooms only to pull it out for lunch at work on day and find there are mushrooms all over it. I do not live that close to muscle maker grill (about twenty minutes away so 40 min drive round trip).After the sixth week in a row was messed up I finally asked to speak with either the owner or manager because I was really frustrated at this point. When I first asked, someone who was not a manager nor the owner was put on the phone. I told them that wasn’t acceptable and I need to speak to someone in a position of authority. My number was taken down and I was assured I’d be getting a call from them within the next day.Well here we are over 2 weeks later and still no word. I know many of the locations closed down and maybe the poor customer service was partially to blame. Who knows? All I know is that for a sit down in the establishment meal, it’s probably ok, but if you plan on doing a meal plan or taking an order to go I’d say avoid this place entirely and if you don’t avoid it, definitely thoroughly inspect your food before leaving to ensure you are getting what your ordered and paid for.
Food was great and fresh. Customer service was good. Wish there were more locations open As it’s pretty far from where I’m at. 07095 is a great opportunity.
My tex mex wrap tasted great. Customer service seemed to be good. The guy was patient with us and didn't rush us to order. The place vibe was a little off, but other than that, it's a decent place
I stumbled upon this place as I was just looking for some food in the area. I was feeling doubtful about finding healthy, clean food in this area. But to my surprise I spotted this restaurant and decided to check it out. I ended up ordering a fit bowl called : Arizona Bowl (see photo). I was glad of my choice. Food tasted good, as for price, reasonable as well. Lastly on my way I noticed they also did protein shakes. And my goodness what a large cup of protein shake. I got the MMG Choc Peanut Butter, huge portion(white foam cup in photo)So if you’re in the area and you’re currently exercising, I recommend to check this place out ??
They forgot to give me a wrap. The manager Told me he was going to reimburse me, the cost of the wrap, never go it. Went to muscle maker grill to remind them, they told me they will give me a call back. I order 5 wraps every time I go there, they just lost one more costumer. Customer service is very important for any business. I waited 10 days for my reimbursement never got it.
Gave my sister mom and brother food poisoning. Something in the meat didn’t taste right. The next day they were throwing up and having stomach aches. Never will be returning again.
Had the balboa wrap and the cajun chicken salad which were both good and very filling. Haven’t been to a muscle maker grill in a long time before this visit but I’d go back
Good service .. food was prepared well and the cashier was nice and attentive
