We visited here this past week for the T-Mobile offer of the $4 Moe's bowl or burrito. We had a bit of an issue with one of the offers saying it had already been used on that visit, but the manager who is actually preparing food told us he would gladly fix the problem for us and he did.Food was delicious and filling and They informed us that they were closing soon but not rushing us out. Both the other employees that were preparing food and ringing at the register were extremely friendly and welcoming. Performing exactly as you would want your best employees to do so. We can always tell when employees are genuinely happy at their job and we really felt this here!Since it was the end of the day they had run out of a couple ingredients, but nothing that really mattered to our food. And honestly I prefer places that run out of food because it shows that they are delivering fresh ingredients each day.As always we recommend downloading the app for any store that has one and Moe's Southwest has their own app. Especially if you're going to order from here more than once.#Moessouthwesterngrill #promenade #greatcustomerservice

I recommend this place. The manager Smitha is very nice and professional. If there’s any issue, she resolves it. She cares about her business and her customers. The food was really good and the service was great. The girl named QZ was very friendly as well. If you ever had any issues in the pass, I would recommend giving it a second change. Management went beyond her way to make excellent improvements. I will be coming here again with my family. Thank you again Smitha!
I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome from the moment I walked in. The restaurant's manager Smita is just lovely. Some of the items on the menu were unfamiliar to me, and she patiently explained what went into each one. Smita assisted me in determining which meal was best for me. They certainly gained a new customer and the food was very good.
One of my favorite places to eat! I am a vegan and the tofu with peppers and onions are my favorite. They are very clean and kind, great management and staff.Glen is always so nice and kind!Shipa is very sweet as well!
We scheduled catering through this location. They were very communicative and helpful. The food showed up on time and it was enjoyed by all. Would use and recommend in the future.

Haven’t been there for a while and I won’t be back for a long while. The dining room was in disarray with supplies for the restaurant thrown on most of the tables. There were about 5 tables available to use and only 1 was clean. So when we left none of them were clean. The soda all tasted like seltzer with some coloring. I guess they are only interested in takeout and online business. This restaurant in general has gone to hell.
I don’t understand why their staff is so rude. If you hate your jobs so much, then you shouldn’t be working there. To top that off, all staff were maskless and the staff serving me was touching their face, I walked out. you guys are serving food, you should know better to wear masks.
Very unhappy receiving my pickup order. The person who handed me my food had one hand in his pants/groin area. It was disgusting and not a sight I wanted to see as a customer. He then picked up my meal with the hand that was in his pants(the other hand was holding a phone). I left because I wanted nothing to do with the place.
